Extended Stay America Suites Atlanta Gwinnett Place

The only thing I like about this property is the location. It’s so close to many restaurants, cafes, markets and more. I was disgusted with this property and really kept to self because I was traveling with family. I did bring some things up to front desk and they would tell me about housekeeping and cleaning is this day and that day. Clearly this hotel only clean what you can see. The amenities were worse lol I thought I was going to book a really nice hotel (high price) and got to relax by the pool, fitness center and office for my remote work but it was disgusting everywhere from the look to the smell. One of the front desk told me that it smells like that in the Terrance level because dogs were down there, which I didnt know what he meant but maybe since some guest has their pets with them I figure maybe they had their own area? Again I don’t know, couldn’t really complain because again I was family and when I did say something to front desk, it was just all a whole bunch of blahs lol I haven’t tried the breakfast yet but hmm I don’t know about that lol let’s see if I can update this later but overall my rating for this “expensive” hotel is 2.5/5

Staff was lazy, rude and not attentive at all. I had 3 pets prepaid and was not allowed to stay. Went up the road to Braselton and stayed at the Nrat Western and was treated like gold!

Convenient location Bad smell, slow to check in, Cockroaches,

No Good breakfast at all. The shower pipe was locked to outside of Bath during my shower time and I had to dried up with towel more than Ten times. it was Very Bad situation in my travel experience.

Smoking and weird smell all over the building and no luggage trolley , sofa matress has stains and bathroom has only 1 mini shampoo which is for only 1 person hardly and we're 4 persons and grab n go breakfast was terrible , there was no muffins and coffee was about to end

Hot dirty, trifling, funky, old mess!! These people are running a full scam here!! This hotel is NASTY!! And the trifling girl that was behind the desk thought she wasn’t going to give me my money back!! Had to get the Police involved to get my refund!! If you value your life DO NOT STAY HERE!! Thugs all hanging out in the parking lot, cars being worked on in the lot, cars with flat tires in the lot, kids playing kick ball in the lobby. I’d sleep in my car before I would stay here!! Was shown three rooms and each one was nastier than the one before!! The first room had a gap in the door so bad it look like it had been kicked in!! Mattresses are FILTY filled with urine and stains!! Nasty! Dirty! Trifling! Unsafe and they tried to steal my money when I asked for a refund! Had to get Gwinnett Police involved!!

called ahead to ask if I could check in at 3:00 PM; they said it was fine, but when I arrived, they wouldn't let me check in.

When we get to the hotel I asked for a crib they tell me they don’t have them, but on the listing it says it and it also says in under each picture. Okay we will figure out it. I have a 4 month old and could not the co sleeper in my car. My husband volunteered to sleep on the couch bed (he rolls a lot in his sleep). Perfect figured that out. We head up to the room. TRASH allll over our floor leading to our room. It’s fine they’ll pick it up, NOPE. It was there the whole time. Pull out the couch bed and it’s DISGUSTING. There were black stains all over. My husband who’s slept in pretty awful conditions (he’s military) said nope. It won’t go back in now because it’s broken and rusted. He ends up sleeping on the floor. We order pots pans and plates to cook with, they come dirty with burnt rice all over them. This might have been one of the top worst hotels stays I’ve had. I WILL NOT be staying here again YUUUCCKKK.

The location is good. I was told to move to the room I originally booked, so I did, but it was very inconvenient because the age limit wasn't met. It was really annoying because the equipment kept breaking down every time a staff member came and went.

Clean rooms and building both inside and outside. Only negative thing that I have noticed is the front desk tends to hold staff meetings around 11am/ 12 noon and nobody is at the desk to help guests. They just make you wait until they are done. The other thing is that one of the housekeepers refuses to give you anything off of her cart. If you need TP, sheets or towels she will send you downstairs to the front desk. Just pray that it is not a "desperate😓" need. I have been at this hotel for seven months.Overall still a good hotel.
