Convenient location

This property was very accommodating. I was having an issue with my phone and need to use their Wi-Fi. That was the reason I stopped in that hotel. 2 people were at the front desk and both were very warm, welcoming and comical to me and others coming and going. My hubby and I switched to this hotel when we found we needed to extend our stay in the area. The rooms were clean, relaxing and well equipped with the proper supplies, which allows you to truly relax. We highly recommend them and would certainly stay there again.

The property has been upgraded since my last stay, and it’s real nice and even smells good. I’m giving a 2 star because when I returned to the room at night and turned on the lights, I recorded a roach running. I notified the front desk. It was around 12 AM and he said he was making a note of it and that he will let the manager know first thing in the morning when I checked out about 12 PM the following day and mentioned it to the front desk clerk at that time and ask about the manager being on duty like the previous clerk, said he would be this particular clerk brushed me off and said oh yes, when the weather change some stuff run in. He didn’t give me the manager. I was never able to bring this to the managers attention.

The facility lost power, which delayed check-in, and we were told to come back 3 hours later. However, the staff didn't seem apologetic or genuinely concerned about how inconvenient the situation was.

Room was nice overall. Shower pressure was less than desirable, watering can strength, and water temp was luke warm to warm, not hot.

I wanted to like this place so much since the rooms were huge and the bed was really comfortable.

Overall, loved the place the hotel cleanliness was phenomenal, great hospitality, although I did manage to go a tiny bit over the check out time but the staff was nice enough to manage and still give me a better pricing.

Housekeeping doesn’t exist here. They want you to extend your reservation without any diligence to the room’s upkeep. I asked for housekeeping, and no one came after two days. The supervisor made up a bunch of silly excuses as to why they didn’t come and lied about housekeeping service requests to cover their tales. Even after I walked up to a housekeeper to ask if she could clean the restroom, she said no and that another woman would do it. Did either do it? No. Then management seemingly shut off the room key’s access after I didn’t extend my stay. It was working perfectly fine before. Yet staff is readily available to scream at their phones (on speakerphone) in the morning while walking up and down the hallways. This place runs a cheap operation. Staff and management here are inept to hotel operations and are right where they belong.
