The room was so clean and comfortable. There were drawers to unpack, unlike the highly rated Lincoln hotel in Chicago, where all of the suitcases took up floor space! Unfortunately a very severe storm came through and we lost power, in fact no power within 15-20 miles. The staff was exceptional! They would refund that night and any others if you had booked them. They helped those that chose to move down towards Toledo or north to Ann Arbor and Detroit. We opted to stay the night with our two dogs. Being on the third floor with many bags, a cooler and 2 suitcases to walk down, they had guys there to help transfer everything down! I'm over 70, so this service saved the day! They even had juices and breakfast bags so you had something to eat!! You couldn't find a nicer place to stay ❗❗

Location, room cleanliness Cost and the incidental charge of $50 dollars if using a card but if paying cash the charge doubles to $100 dollars. I find this ridiculous.

Everything was great with the exception that we were in room 126 and there was a lot of banging most of the night. It sounded like it was coming from above, but it could have been from the mechanics room next to us. See above

Not pet friendly. The opposite, $75 pet fee, scorned for having a small 10 year old poodle, tons of pet related paperwork involved. You shouldn’t advertise pet friendly Hampton and then not be.

The front desk staff was amazing at being readily available, helpful and accommodating! They were knowledgeable, communication was good and they went out of their way to help solve some things for us.

Great stay here once again, clean quiet rooms. There was a great breakfast, a nice small pool and everything was pretty close to perfect.

We’ve stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints, friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, very walkable to restaurants. It’s a 10/10!!

I liked that it wasn’t right in the middle of everything, but you didn’t have to drive very far to get to restaurants etc. And it was very close to Cabelas! The tv was a little basic and hard to navigate. I ended up just casting my phone to the tv.

The size of my room and the bathroom. The man that worked in the kitchen was not shy about showing his displeasure when one of the spouts was broken on the batter dispenser. He went into the kitchen, grabbed his head and growled. His rudeness and outrage was uncalled for.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Very clean. Rooms were wonderful. Property was excellent. Great area to walk. The bed was so comfortable. So quiet and breakfast was great. Will stay here again.
