Hilton Garden Inn Boise/Eagle

Hubby and I are full time caregivers for a loved one on Hospice. We were on our 1st respite retreat in 3 years. When we told the staff we just wanted sleep and be pampered, THEY DID! Anything we needed was promptly brought to our room. There was very little noise from any neighboring rooms. The bed was very comfortable. We slept so much and so well. Breakfast was fresh cooked to order! Room service was from the amazing restaurant next door Bardenay. The blue cheese butter steak was to die for. We had a nice balcony off our room with a beautiful view of the Greenbelt. Which is accessible from the hotel. We walked our dog there a lot. She loved the Greenbelt and balcony. All the staff was very sweet to our girl. She loved the attention and learned how to ride in an elevator.

We stay here every time we are in Boise area. Beautiful property near the river. Great food nearby also. Always clean and always courteous staff interactions.

I will admit that this particular Hilton Garden Inn is my go-to hotel to stay at in Boise. Few other hotels that I’ve stayed at in Idaho measure up! It is away from the main highways but is close to a main road. It is quiet despite that, and well-placed by the Boise River. The rooms are always clean and the employees are amazing and very respectful and kind. I love the balcony rooms the best because they have a great view, and enjoy the breakfasts there every time I visit. There is also an amazing restaurant, Bardenay, next door, so it is super convenient! I would suggest it to anyone!

Being next to the walk paths in the green belt. The traffic in Meridian/Eagle is terrible. As bad as anywhere in California, except deep LA and deep Bay Area.

Expedia shows that this hotel had a hot tub. That is why I decided to stay here. I learned that it is being renovated and was closed for some time. I don’t know weather to be disappointed with Expedia or the hotel for not being accurate.

Beautiful setting. Our room overlooked the river. We enjoyed a long walk along the river in the morning. The gym was great and the morning breakfast was delicious. All the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The rooms were really run down and tattered. Coffee machine was not refilled for the 2nd day stay. Breakfast was "ok" but too expensive for what was served. Fresh baked cookies at main desk were good.

Everyone was great. Enjoyed my stay.

No complimentary breakfast. Expedia showed there was. Not a big deal because we enjoy dining out.

The room was clean and loved the balcony but they counter let us know there hot tub was out of commission and there was taped paper along the carpets in the halls due to remodeling maybe or because they were working on the elevator. If we had know that before we booked we would have chose another hotel and the breakfast cost money and many other hotels had free breakfast.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The property was being remodeled which will be very nice when completed. We will stay here again.

Property was at a great location next to a green belt/ river walk that I used every day. And had a lively bar/restaurant next-door with a diverse menu.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean (even with active construction). I am not a fan of their breakfast and especially given that it is an extra charge; however, The Griddle is very close and an excellent restaurant for breakfast.
