Then we were blamed for our door key not working when we kept it in the covering they handed it to us. I will never ever stay at Comfort Inn again

Good breakfast with eggs, biscuits...made up and ready. i would have liked a little richer coffee but it was a good breakfast.

Friendly staff and helpful. Bed is so comfortable. Everything great.

The room was clean. However, it was directly across from the room housing the washer/dryer, ice and vending machines. This room lacks a door. Therefore, when someone decided to dry their jeans at 4:45 a.m., every strike of the metal buttons on the dryer drum echoed through my room. This added to the stress of visiting my dying sister.

The receptionist, I think her name was Skylar?, was very nice as we checked in our room. She was helpful in suggesting places to eat. When we went to our 2nd floor room and walked in, I knew immediately that we could not stay in the room. It had a terrible musty smell, one that I was unsure of its source but felt it might be mold. I was afraid the hotel was booked from a telephone conversation I overheard Skylar had with another guest on the phone so I was prepared to just accept we would not be staying in the hotel and might not get our prepaid room fee refunded. Long story short, Skylar was able to find another room on the third floor that worked for us so we stayed. The only other concern was that the free breakfast was not very good, but I got a cup of coffee and got on the road.

We really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was delicious with many choices.

The check in lady was very sweet and helpful. We were able to check in and get to our room in no time.

Showers were hot, room clean, Hostess was kind and polite, Bed was very comfortable, over all it was a good stay,

Breakfast was great, pool was kinda cold but it was clean and we enjoyed it, only complaint was the nightshift girl who checked me in, she seemed like she hated her job idk. Maybe she was just having a bad day lol

The room could have been cleaner and needs cosmetic upgrades

The room was clean and the ac worked well. The free breakfast was also good. Just get to the dining area earlier enough, or the better for the waffles may be out. Only thing is that I could not get the shower to work. And I didn’t have time to talk with staff to get it to work. Not sure if it had a weird way of getting the water to come out the shower head or if it just wasn’t working.

Toilet was not functioning. No other room available. Not sure why it was available to begin with. Staff was friendly but nothing could be done. Would. It recommend based k this experience. Hotels Managment and maintenance should do better. No quality control and was evident.

We had a couple of issues and the staff took care of it right away. Friendly and very helpful!!! Highly recommend!!!

The motel said the pool was heated and it was not. It was ice cold. She said it had been worked on and took time to reheat the bad part is that I called the day before to ask about the pool. The motel was clean and the front desk when we checked in was amazing. But really the only reason I wanted that motel was for the indoor pool for my 83 year old mother to enjoy. Had I known the pool was ice cold I would not of stayed there

Mold in the shower

Hotel was clean as was my room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good

Was a quick trip for family reuinion. Property was easy to find and all was good .
