The room was amazing and fit my family of 6. Our TV was broken, but they did give us a discount.

We did not eat breakfast. We meet the Maintenance Man on the 3rd floor that we were on, he greeted us and asked how our stay was and if we had any issues with our room. Very nice gentleman and it was so nice of him to stop and check on us and if we needed anything.

We got there and they thankfully did a little bit early of a check-in. That was at 2:20. And after they had already told me they couldn’t check in til 3, they caught me at the door and checked me in. Anyways. We get to the room, which was nice and clean, we swam which was nice and then went to shower. No hot water. When we told the front desk staff, he said he was unaware and didn’t know why we didn’t have hot water. Didn’t offer us another room or anything just kind of was a “deal with it situation”. Because we only stayed the one night, we just stayed instead of moving a wheelchaired senior citizen, a 2 year old and 3 other people.

The keys to the room did not work. We had to get our keys reprogrammed every time we went into the room. The key reader to the door had to be repaired during our stay and the staff was completely unapologetic and couldn’t be bothered to help. We got no apologies or any empathy. We waited in the hall for an hour waiting for the maintenance guy to show up. I won’t be staying here again. We were here with a large group and the keys did not work for anyone. Very annoying.
