Room was clean and a/c worked great. The hallways and rest of hotel was 82 degrees.

The room key would not work and once the staff finally let us in the room there was a sock on the floor and the bed had white crust on the covers. After requesting a room change because the room was obviously not cleaned then the next room the lamp shades and curtains were covered in what looked like mold and roach droppings. When this was brought to the staffs attention they were extremely rude and did not want to refund my stay and locked themselves in the office and would not speak to me. Very unprofessional and disgusting property! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

The property needs upgrades. Elevator is very slow. The AC wasn’t working well. The lobby is as warm. The AC in our room was not working properly. The staff was very understanding and courteous, but the property needs a serious upgrade

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast quality was below expectations, and during my stay I became ill after eating breakfast on multiple occasions. As a result, I eventually stopped eating at the property altogether.I was also concerned about the level of pest control, as I frequently found roaches in my room throughout my stay. This raised significant concerns regarding cleanliness and guest comfort.On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and provided adequate space to relax. However, the issues with food quality and pest control had a substantial negative impact on my overall experience.

The people and staff were amazing! I feel like the breakfast was lacking a bit. There was not even any bread to make toast, only biscuits. It could have used some more fresh fruit and some yogurt also.

Location is great. The light in the entry way would ficker and turn off and not come back on. The TV would not come on. The AC kept cutting on and off even tho it was set to keep the fan on. Beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was over salted and I see cooked.

Staf was very helpful, room was clean and she even gave me a towel for the pool and put me to the end closest to the pool
