Location Air conditioner iffy. They brought a fan. Difficult to open door with key. Tv programs very limited

The room was very clean and comfortable. The person at the desk was kind and helpful. We arrived VERY early and he allowed us to leave our luggage and stay in the very comfortable lobby until our room was ready. There also was a very fun cat that greeted us and kept us company. The town is remote but there isn't anything I can think of that I didn't like. We came at a time - about a week early - that things like shuttles to the park, and visiting the lodge were not open or running.

Room was clean; bathroom had heater; had large mini fridge The room only had one chair and one nightstand. Price was very high for this level of hotel. Maintenance issues not addressed. Charged extra fee at check in beyond booking price.

Pet friendly near glacier park

Location good for our needs. Pleasant young lady at check in. Mattress good and overall room cleanliness. The facility is quite old with few upgrades, no breakfast, no ice machine.

Nice clean bathroom. No WiFi, made it difficult to get travel plans accomplished. Old mattresses, saggy.

The internet service was terrible, but being next to Glacier made up for it. I survived without internet :).

Location, location, location. Could park near room. Comfortable bed. bathroom door would not shut...wouldn't budge from wide open position. Chair in room was filthy. The gentleman that checked us in was helpful.

Quiet property, and it was available during a sudden storm that rained us out of our campsite. Motel took no extra steps to be hospitable or comfortable. Only two pillows, no bath mat, no hand soap.

The staff taught us how to use the TV remote controls. He also brought additional towels per our request and provided us with some paper plates. The bed mattresses are too soft and also she no in the middle. The coffee maker needs to be replaced.

Friendly staff, nice location. The mattress needs to be changed, very saggy, should have been change long time ago.

Great location and one of the only options open late season to visit the east side of Glacier NP. Front desk attendant was friendly. Bit run down old hotel but that was somewhat expected. Bit expensive for what it was.

We found a room. Lots of character but really was clean and comfortable. A bit more rustic than our usual stays but we were happy with it

Good location. Gentleman on check in was excellent, friendly, offered suggestions for dining. Poorly kept property. Bed linens were dingy.
