Every stay at this hotel is amazing. The bed is so soft . Bathroom so clean and very comfortable and nice. I like the type of pillows the use there. Everything was very good

And the best part? The staff. By far the staff here are the reason I'd recommend this hotel. That's because my rooms (plural) did have maintenance issues and I had to swap rooms 2 times. However, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For example: The toilet broke in my room and the shower was leaking. They moved me to a suite. The suite does have a pull out sofa bed and it's actually shockingly comfy. The suite pillows are also way comfjer than the normal pillows. No idea why, but they're more soft, firm, yet squishy which I personally like. The TV HDMI ports in the suite were broken. So they moved me to a double queen room (they didnt have any other suites) with a TV that worked and comped me breakfast. The breakfast here is good, though it can get a bit pricey. I recommend the creme brulee donut ($4) as a side with whatever you get. Oh and also, the gym has really nice ellipticals and treadmills. The weight department is ok. They have 1 bench, some frayed bands up to 60lbs, a half bosu balance ball, some medicine balls, and a rack of dumbells that if I remember correctly go up to 50lbs. Overall, a great place to stay. HOWEVER, one warning: The trains come by a lot and you WILL hear them at all hours. I recommend earplugs or earbuds.

The rings we're very clean with daily/bidaily housekeeping. The staff was friendly and helpful. They remembered my face each interaction. Parking was better than expected after being told street parking signs were not adhered to.

Only complaint was the train in the middle of the night, but it’s really not that bad. Definitely want to stay here again

This hotel is the perfect location for concerts at the Mark. Plenty of parking in the garage, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was so sweet and friendly and asked how the concert was and chatted. Just such a great experience. Highly recommend.
