Great breakfast and staff was professional.
-
The issues are too numerous to list, but suffice to say, "Stay away from Stoney Creek Inn!"
-
The stay was very pleasant. Thank you

Devin is an asset to your hotel. We love it there in Moline. We will continue to visit.

Pros: staff was courteous, room charge was relatively inexpensive, and hotel was relatively clean overall. Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. Be prepared to go to the front desk for anything you need (toilet paper, empty wastebaskets, coffee cups and k-cups, etc.) because housekeeping only comes every three days. Many little things added up to a perception of going downhill. Our last stay, about eight years ago, was a much better experience.

Staff very nice and professional awesome room great location recommend a place to stay
-
The place is awesome and near the highway exit. The room had a slight humid scent so they gave us a free upgrade to a cottage apartment complete with balcony second floor. It's large enough to be a 1BR home with kitchen and all. Staff is super nice.

The staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly accommodating. It did have a group of cheer teams there on the floor above us. Lots of jumping, running, yelling into late evening. Staff did acknowledge it and after the second time reporting it they took care of it.

Place was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again

nice place good breakfast

The staff was very friendly, the location was very close to the Vibrant Arena

Location was good. Bar area was nice. Adult swim hour from 10-11 was good. Pool was dirty. Hot tub water was very yellow and murky. Found a sleeping cap in my room, would’ve been easily found by housekeeping if they were vacuuming the room thoroughly. Hotel full of unruly baseball kids who ran the halls unattended while their parents took up the whole lobby and front entrance/steps drinking instead of monitoring their children who were randomly knocking on peoples doors and riding the (already slow) elevator up and down aimlessly.
-
The size of our room. The pool area was dirty. The pool and hot tub were both very cloudy. They seemed like they weren't even chlorinated; I couldn't smell any, despite the area being stuffy. We were hoping for a little relaxation in the hot tub, but when we got in, the foam it created was rather dirty and nasty-looking, so we got out. Also, there wasn't a single pool towel.
-
Location Staff were incredibly rude. Hallways had trashed piles by the elevators. There was mold in the shower and holes in the sheets. Totally not worth the price at all. Will never go back.
-
We booked through a 3rd party, and the room booked wasn't available. The staff were very apologetic and we actually received 50% off the room rate, when all we asked was to make sure we only paid for the rate for the room we ended up with. Loved the atmosphere in the bar and outdoor seating. Will definitely book again if we go that direction.

Breakfast was included - pancake maker broken, but sausage, eggs, hash browns and French toast, along with oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bavlgels/toast, and other options. Fresh fruit, milk and juice, lots of hot coffee. We've stayed several times at Stoney Creek locations, and this stay didn't disappoint.

Check in was super fast. They had keys ready & no waiting. Nothing
-
Breakfast The outdoor pool could of been cleaner. It had dead bugs floating in it.
-
Location, appearance, rooms, bed, fridge, freezer, tv, windows. Extremely comfy bed and well located.

The rooms were very clean. Staff was great at check in. The drinks at the bar was very resonable. Breakfast was very good and above the standard continetal breakfasts
