Hilton Garden Inn Bettendorf/ Quad Cities

I stay here often because of the cleanliness, convenient location, and comfort

It was very uncomfortable. We had a funeral and we were dressed up.

If you are like me a comfortable bed is a must our beds were very hard. And the noise from Hwy 74 and middle rd were not good either. Stayed 2 nights and the noise was loud each night. The upright chair in the room was the most comfortable the other chair was a little hard to sit in. My bed for the second night was these two chairs because of my lower back and hip the bed made it worse for it. We didn't get into the pool or hot tub or fitness center. The restaurant for supper was good the classic burger was excellent and the burger was big it also came with fries for $13 and the waitress was excellent and friendly. We didn't do breakfast there. The room was clean. The a/c wouldn't go above 72 so we turned it off because it was way too cold in the room. The ice machines are on every floor which is good. The shampoo/conditioner made my hair soft. The bodywash smelt good it lathered well. The hand soap smelt good too. The only thing we had 2 queen beds but only 2 bath towels in the bathroom when our room would sleep 4. There were only 3 lamps in the room and one switch for the entry light. If you close the blinds make sure you have a flashlight because its very dark. The second night I closed the blinds almost shut but left a little light to come in which helped alot.

An issue with entering through the back door and with the TV. Everything else was great.

Always a great place to stay. Just a couple things, hot tub wasn't hot first night but was fixed. Went to the bar, there was a new drink menu and the drinks we wanted, there wasn't the liquor there that was needed for those drinks. Otherwise, room and bed was great.

Room was clean, spacious. Pool was extremely cold, i was under the impression breakfast was complimentary but that was not the case, also asked for a handicap room and that is not what I got

Would stay again

Breakfast was a little pricey on site and so we went out. Staff was good with directions to venue. Place safe for my pet and good “potty” options. Next to the highway exit, quiet night, not noisy. Pool and hot tub area was clean and secure.

There was no television at all. The jacuzzi was cold and nobody would Turn it up. The staff guy that came to my room tried to get tv to work. Won’t stay again

This is such a nice place to stay. We had a suite with a king bed and a queen pull out couch. It was clean and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was firm and the pillows were soft and fluffy. I would stay there again.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

POP machine vendor needs stock on weekends, by Sunday, products were sold out.

the hallways smelled like mold and the elevator was dirty hot tub was cold

Stayed here many times. They have recently completed a refresh/redecorated. We had a very pleasant, quiet stay. Great front desk help.

Trash cans full. Empty cans and cups on various tables by pool for over 24 hours.
