Toilet was powerful enough to flush and the continental breakfast was a joke.

The room we got had no bathroom tissue or holder to even put it on . There was no tissues . The complementary breakfast was stale donut holes and if you weren’t there early you didn’t get coffee. The bed was comfortable . The frigid sat on the floor so the door was hard to pen and close . Was one of the worst places I stayed and I stay in hotels every month

Polite staff. Rooms are clean. And parking was close to front door. Close to gas stations, restraunts and other stores.

That rooms are clean. But the place is rundown.

The pool was not working. We had a hole in our sheets, a torn lampshade, and the chair in our room was ripped.!

Pool, hot tub , lobby restroom were all out service. The light switch and the hairdryer in the roomdisgustingly dirty like they haven't been cleaned in years. The carpet was nasty and had wrinkles that were raised all over the room. The breakfast buffet was horrible. There were 11 half filled cups of coffee abandoned next to the coffee pot, there was cereal but no milk.

Just really bad experience

Room I was assigned was filthy. Empty beer cans and popcorn and sheets thrown everywhere. The breakfast was pancakes and some bread. Who thinks that is considered a breakfast. Why say breakfast is included.

First got there and dropped my things quickly so I could go out with friends. But coming back to the room and getting ready for the night and finding all of my pillows with yellow stains, the bedding with blacks mark like stains, and the floor had stains as well. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and denied me. I checked out immediately and advise that NO ONE to go to this hotel where they need a major makeover with their rooms.

Found cockroaches and bed bugs in my room. Was not able to get refunded as I did not stay once I saw these.

This was the most absolute disgusting place I have ever been to. We couldn’t even stay and had to check out immediately

There was chipped paint/wood in the room. The bathtub had cracked caulking. The outlet was barely fastened to the wall. It did not appear that the room had been vacuumed between guests. The air conditioning cover was on the floor.

Dirty! lights in our room we're out or turned off and on. Used hand towels were left on the sink. AC was struggling to stay on. Back side parking lot had no parking lot lights.

The staff was pretty helpful and parking was good. The property was dirty and not kept up though. Not a place I would book again

The room i had was a suit u had to plug up the hot tub to get it working and u had to unplug it to stop it.It should have had a switch to turn it off and on.The tv stand had paint chipping from it and the table drawer was broke and had tape on it to stop it from falling off the bathroom door had a mirror on it that I guess they removed it and peeled the door it was ugly

It was one of the worst hotel I ever been in, toilet was broke, hot tube was not working right, sink was stop up.

The WiFi sucked. I was on the first floor and still couldn't connect. And the pool was under maintenance for like a week wth.
