La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Davenport & Conference Center

Should have known when checking in by the condition of the property: weeds everywhere, outdated furniture. The night shift worker was extremely nice. Once checked in, I saw the hallways were dirty and unvacuumed. Once checked in, we checked the room. We found a burn hole in the comforter, a dirty comforter, and cracker crumbs on the comforter. Once we pulled the comforter back, there was a roach on the sheets. We immediately checked out.

The bathroom sink must have had a leak somewhere, as the whole counter was soaked in the morning. And the breakfast was not good. We went out to the breakfast area around 8:15, and there was no bread left for toast, only a couple of oranges for fruit, most of the cereal was gone and what was left was laying all over the counter. All that was left was some scrambled eggs and some biscuits. So we checked out and stopped for breakfast on our way home. Would not recommend this place at all, didn't look like the room had been dusted in ages, and we had a no smoking room that smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

Great parking, convenient , excellent beds, no hair dryer. When I mentioned it at checkout, the very nice lady said she knew there was no hair dryer. That the hotel is getting new ones an the hotel didn't have one for every room, including ours! That would have been good to know before we were getting dressed for our day. We will say there again, but I will check next time.

The place isn't bad just needs updated. The check in wasn't anything special but the woman wasn't very pleasant when I checked in or checked out. The price was good so I can't really complain.

Clothes dryer out of order. Treadmill out of order. Tick crawling on bed. Guys smoking weed next to window, filled my room with skunky smell. Dirty carpets. For the price, it was somewhere to sleep. The staff was super nice though!!

It said check in at anytime and when we arrived the guy said we missed the deadline by an hour I showed him what my end said and pretty much got a that sucks should have called. Expedia helped us get another hotel for my two small kids and me to stay

Grounds are sketchy, very poorly maintained, I only stopped in there to see if i could use their wi-fi, your desk clerk made me feel like the place was in business, outside is horrible, looks like it is closed, dry, overgrown, etc. If I wasn't desperate I would have just driven on by. While the room was clean, if Ihadn't just driven 1500 miles I would NEVER have stayed there.

The attendant at the front desk was more concerned about another taks and not worried about getting us checked in promptly. Once checked in, main hallway was not swept. In the room, the pull out couch was not cleaned inside of, the bed covering the pull out couch was stained and there was party confetti in and around the couch the in room fridge was not cleaned properly and had liquid in it from the previous Tennans. The TV antenna stopped working, the plug for the antenna was taped together with electric tape and not properly fixed. Overall noise level was great didn't have any disturbances. Location is alright the parking lot is an odd shape and the parking spaces need to be a bit bigger. For what it is the price was fair and reasonable.

Upon checking in I was surprised to be charged an extra $75 REFUNDABLE deposit upon checking out. Its been weeks and I haven't received this back. I have called and texted with no response. Hotel was nothing great will not be back.

The building is poorly maintained. Our bathroom door handle was barely attached and the door didn’t fully close. There were obvious stains on the couch and no bedding for the pullout sofa. The carpet in the hallway was a trip hazard due to the many wrinkles and loose carpeting. I would never stay here again.

Originally checked into double queen suite. Instantly, upon walking in the room we were met with a terrible odor that smelled like pet urine. Went down to the lobby and they were able to relocate us to a different room, 2 adjoining queen rooms, so not the space we expected with the suite but it sufficed for the one night trip with family. Usually book with La Quinta anytime we’re in the QC Area, we will be booking elsewhere going forward.
