Comfort Inn Davenport East - Bettendorf

The room was clean and the staff was hospitable. The parking lot was difficult to find at first but otherwise very good place to stay.

I booked this room from reading other reviews, expecting much more from the property than what was offered to me upon check in. The first room was very dirty and I requested a new room. That room was better, but reviews gave me a different expectation, I suppose. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was ok. Better than average. But, I am still kind grossed out by how the halls looked in areas, and even room cleanliness is lacking. Before I left today, I did speak to the gentleman at the desk, and he was receptive to what I said, I think. Before I left the room I did notice that one of the hand towels looked to be dirty and was folded and hung as if it were clean. That did it for me. I will not return. There are other places to stay in the area, but I suggest not staying here.

Front desk- no one spoke English. Got room finally after roaming halls. Got a suite with pull out bed. No sheets, pillows for pull out bed. Went downstairs to ask for some, and met with argumentative gibberish, and refusal for sheets. Luckily had a blanket in car for kid to sleep on.

Staff was friendly, easy parking and a decent stay. Had normal wear and tear. Room looked like it was just once over and sheets may not have been fully changed as pillow cases were wrinkled.

The room was very clean. We stopped while on a road trip for one night.

Our stay was okay. Our room was decently clean. The staff was nice enough. Nothing was particularly wrong or anything. We weren’t especially impressed, but nothing was really bad. We wished the TV had a few more channels (like Disney for the kiddos), and the bed sheets seemed like maybe they hadn’t been changed. The property seemed like it had been updated recently, but that maybe certain parts of that remodel weren’t very well done. We appreciated the breakfast nook, and having the waffle irons was a plus! A baseball team of junior high boys was staying on our floor, and the boys went around banging on peoples’ doors late at night which was annoying, but not the hotel’s fault. Overall, if I stay in the QC in the future, I’ll probably try somewhere else.

It was just okay. Room had a smell to it. I will not go back unless there are no other options.

Nice and clean, spacious room and bed, convenient breakfast setup, short drive to every restaurant you can imagine.

It was adequate fur my needs

Our room smelled heavily of pot. Bare bones hotel. Minimal amenities and services.

The first room smelled like (w!!!d). The front person got us another room. Took a while for a/c to get cold. The property was not in the best of place. In between a gas station and a car dealership, plus by another hotel. Not much parking. Breakfast was the same everyday. Won’t come back. Would find another hotel next time in that area.

But walking inside the hotel was like a different place. Very clean and friendly staff! Its way better than a 2.5 star hotel.

The parking was good with ample space. We didn’t use the gym. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot food available. Hallway was noisy before 10pm, but settled down without complaint needed.
