The hotel and staff were great! We had no problems at all.

This hotel was very convenient to the highway. It was clean and staff were helpful and professional. The breakfast was stocked and clean.

Clean, everyone was really nice. My only thing was we got a room with two queen size beds and there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. I know they would have given us more if we would have asked.

Affordable, great location, awesome staff. I would say some things need updated(elevator) but overall great stay. Staff was friendly and made check in/out quick and easy.

The vent in our room smelled like cigarette smoke and this is a non smoking hotel. This is the only issue we had-staff was kind and our room was clean except for that smell. We went and bought some room freshener since we were only staying one night.

No towels 8n bathroom and shower tub were dirty no 9ne is every at front desk food not that good I'll not stay there again

The room was clean, but towels could stand an upgrade. One of the comforters had a stain on it. The breakfast area was bright and clean and the offerings were adequate. The parking lot needed to be spruced up. There was a lot of debris in the corner of the lot. For the price we paid, it was fine.

The AC could not remove the moisture in the room and smelled moldy. Tub/shower was not clean and we had only the bare minimum of towels and toiletries. Room wasn't ready at 3 p.m. check in time even though I made the reservation 5 weeks prior. This is at $79/night hotel, not a $150+ per night hotel. I'm sure most of the high ratings are fake.

When we first checked in, we entered the room and there was a roach(bug) on the microwave. The desk attendant did not register or express any concerns or apology. We will likely not stay here again. Just an apology and show of concern would have been nice.

The room was clean and the staff was hospitable. The parking lot was difficult to find at first but otherwise very good place to stay.

I booked this room from reading other reviews, expecting much more from the property than what was offered to me upon check in. The first room was very dirty and I requested a new room. That room was better, but reviews gave me a different expectation, I suppose. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was ok. Better than average. But, I am still kind grossed out by how the halls looked in areas, and even room cleanliness is lacking. Before I left today, I did speak to the gentleman at the desk, and he was receptive to what I said, I think. Before I left the room I did notice that one of the hand towels looked to be dirty and was folded and hung as if it were clean. That did it for me. I will not return. There are other places to stay in the area, but I suggest not staying here.

Front desk- no one spoke English. Got room finally after roaming halls. Got a suite with pull out bed. No sheets, pillows for pull out bed. Went downstairs to ask for some, and met with argumentative gibberish, and refusal for sheets. Luckily had a blanket in car for kid to sleep on.
