Exceptional

Check in was very smooth

Easy access from the road. Well kept.

This was our first experience with Home2Suites. It has become our go-to when seeking hotel chains for travel. Good water pressure in the shower, good bed, solid variety for breakfast and good coffee. Staff was above and beyond.

Exceptional

Everything was great except breakfast didnt start until 7 and we had to leave before that.

Some of the staff were not professional

Very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice to have a clean laundry facility that didn't mess up our clothes when using machines.

Maid service had to be asked for twice for the 3rd day of the stay. A pocket door to the bathroom was extremely hard to close and didn't help with privacy.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Really no complaints. The Hotel was very busy but well under control by the staff. Great place to stay!

Awesome breakfast and very clean nice rooms Bad pillows

Bad pillows

Clean and in a good location. There was a verity of breakfast food. Friendly staff

Breakfast was quite enjoyable (the small batch yogurt was really good!) We appreciated the mini waffle maker, because our kids can never eat a full sized waffle. The addition of nutrition/ingredient labels would be a nice for folks avoiding certain ingredients, even if it's a QR code. The beverage dispenser had "apple juice with added ingedients" but it would be nice to see what added ingredients means. Cons: One of the queen mattresses was quite uncomfortable and seemed like it needed replacing. The bedding barely covered 2 side-sleeping adults and we needed to request additional blankets. The bathroom door was a pocket door, which is fine, but there was no way to latch or lock it, which was a little weird. It only closed. A latch would've felt slightly more private.

Stayed the night for a concert, and it was perfect for the 5 of us in one room. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t very good, but we loved having the gas grill patio outside. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

We had a great stay. Checking in and checking out was a breeze, which made the experience very smooth and stress-free. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I unfortunately forgot her name, but she was wearing glasses and provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, we really appreciated the easy process, kind hospitality, and pleasant stay.

Superb

The washing machines are filthy. I wasted time getting change and paying for detergent only to find them disgusting with dirt mold etc. The room was okay could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the carpet and some mold in the shower amongst other things. I also requested a pack n play for my twin babies to sleep but it had no guard/ sheet was torn, had stains from vomit/pee/milk. And food crumbs fell from it when I opened it. I obviously didn't use it. So I had to stay up and watch them as we squeezed into the bed with with my partner and other children. The property looks ok but overall I think with improvements to cleaning and maintaing the actual rooms and replacing the pack n plays and having snug fresh covers/sheets to be washed. I had a previous stay at the Home2 suites in Kearney, NE so I was expecting a similar flawless experience and was left highly disappointed.
