Clarion Pointe Bettendorf - Quad Cities

My sister drove 16 hours from Elizabeth City, North Carolina, to lay her sister-in-law to rest, so I booked her a room; when she got into the room, the bedding was dirty, and she used sanitizer wipes to wipe off the desk and the countertops, which were all dirty.

The property is as good as it's price range would have you think it was. It was obvious they have tried their best to update rooms just the smell of smoke remains. The staff was really the highlight of this property. Just exceptional and very friendly!

Our first room smelled like stale cigarettes, but we were moved and 2nd room was fine. Room was clean and spacious. We didn’t think the bed was especially comfortable. Rooms not well insulated so we were kept up late with other guests running up and down the hall, and letting doors slam behind them. Breakfast was adequate, but very basic. The employee at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were not clean, pull back the blanket, and you can see a dirtstain where someone slept. Also, the pillowswere not clean. They also had yellow stains on them from someone that was sleeping in the bed. My daughter was going to sleep and had a big pee stain in the middle of the bed. sheets were not changed at all. Same sheets were used to remake the bed floors were not clean. Elevator door did not shut completely. I had to pull on it to make it shut that was so I can get out of the place did not stay there and seen the rooms and left.

They go out of their way to make sure there isn’t anything to not like.

Staff was great, bed was to firm for my liking. Overall good stay 👍

Complained about giving my 2yr niece a bowl of cereal after breakfast hours while cereal was hanging out on counter . Room carpets were nasty walls were smeared with liquid .. my bed sheets under had random hair pieces of previous people possibly.

The apples were very old, starting to wrinkle, small portions. Was transferred rooms, first one smelt of cigarettes. Staff was pleasant. Parking was ok.

Front desk guy was not friendly at all. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. The hair dryer did not work. The "personal care" items (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) we're very poor quality and watered down.

The home was so beautiful, peaceful! Your pictures do not do the property justice. Just wonderful.

It was great location and safe. Near restaurants within 1 mile.

Check in was just ok really didn’t explained about breakfast or where the room was. When we got to the room we found a burnt outlet in the bathroom. On the 2nd night there my girls wanted to swim just to find out the pool was closed. Bed was very uncomfortable!

guest are slobs need to keep picked up from them

Always feel safe and clean when I’m stay here. Breakfast quality went down over the last couple years but still a good place last minute
