Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf

Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called. And she kept saying it was down as no show. I disputed as I had paid for the nights already and should have a reservation for the stay. After 20 minutes of disputes I demanded she issue me a room I had already paid for. I was finally issued a key for a room. She was not attempting to be help at all. There was no free breakfast. We were not paying 12.00 for toast or 6.00 for a bagel. We left the property! Won't stay at this location again in the future.

Had dinner there is was good and tasted fresh. Served quickly with very nice staff. Facility was clean and set up well. Found no faults in our stay.

It’s modern and clean and well located Staff friendly.

Beautiful stay, no problem checking in. Loved the room.

We went to the cafe for breakfast and chose to buy our meals. They were very good. Parking was well lit and easy access. Would stay here again!

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Comfortable beds.

Jackie at the bar was awesome

pleasant, easy parking

It was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The rooms at this hotel are super clean and fresh smelling. The beds and bedding were very cozy. The morning hotel staff was not super friendly as you would expect for someone in the hospitality industry. Not a single smile or good morning. Just a pet peeve of mine! Other than that, I would definitely stay her again.

Breakfast was ok but not cooked per the menu description (new cook). Dinner was fine but was not as described (described as NY Strip but was a Flat iron) and was too expensive for what it was. The pool needs to be 5 degrees warmer. The acoustics were terrible but that is pretty much to be expected. Three kids were having a great time but their screaming made us leave.

The temperature was freezing no matter how it was set. I think with the cost of room breakfast should have been free. I don’t think I would stay here again

Clean and bright rooms. Comfortable bed. Convenient. Staff were quite nice and helpful.

We had a great stay. Room was very clean and everything seemed brand new and updated.

The shampoo bottle was filled with water or the absolute worst shampoo I have ever used

No
