Paid for our room but wasn't told there is $100 security deposit until we arrived for check in

It was close to my son's house The bathroom was very small, the carpet felt damp and there was an odor that messed worth my allergies. There was stuff in the fridge from a previous person that stayed there.

Hotel was tired, worn, dark, not updated and not clean. Our room reeked of smoke smell, gave my husband a headache. Management only offered a scented plug in, no room change or discount for the unacceptable condition of the room. Fitness center and pool closed for maintenance. Very dissatisfied with the room price for the worn condition of the facility. Would not stay here again. Very disappointed.

There was a roach in the bathroom in the room Wes where saying in. They gave us another room but that room want all that better. I don’t ever want to stay at this establishment. I don’t recommend

The staff were very accommodating. Comfortable bed. Room to move my husband around in his wheelchair. The bathroom was small for the wheelchair. When I said something about it, they told me how to handle that in my next stay! I was assisted by staff numerous time going in and out of the hotel with the wheelchair. The bathroom was small for a wheelchair.

Always a decent stay here with good prices. Front desk was super helpful as always.

The pool was nice and the hot tub was nice too, and the staff was helpful

The staff was very friendly

The staff were nice and polite, very easy to check in and out. There was mold in our room and in the bathroom which made the room have a constant moisture smell and it wasn't the best.
