It was nice and clean, staff was friendly

Clean room, great breakfast, only issue was large loud group of teens staying at the hotel the same time we were, and they stayed out in the parking lot playing and being loud very late, rooms did not deaden the sound, overall stay good, we just didn't get a good night sleep.

The hotel was very clean. Cookies and cucumber water on arrival was a nice touch. However, upon arriving I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Once I called 5 times, walked around and yelled hello someone finally came to the desk. After traveling 5 hours with kids in the car that was unacceptable. But once she came she checked us in and our stay was a breeze after that. The staff at breakfast and check out was amazing and an excellent help.

Our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms must have been recently renovated because everything was in excellent condition. The breakfast bar was one of the best we have had at a hotel in a long time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only negative was that the clock didn't work in the room.

The Holiday Inn Express and Suites provided a good location for our brief stay, the best bed of our trip, a good breakfast, a nicely appointed room and seemed relatively new. Didn't have time to watch TV, but the channels seemed limited.

Breakfast was simple, but yummy. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting child/going to graduation, etc. at Syracuse University.
