Clean room and comfortable. Quiet

Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.

Everything was amazing, only issue we had was the spotlight a foot away from the window shining in, made it seem like daylight outside even with both blinds closed. Other than that, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay again

There were crumbs under the bed and a dirty Q tip left from previous guest on the floor. Beds were comfortable. Staff was really helpful especially Devon when I checked in. She recommended good please to eat and was very friendly. I appreciate coffee and tea in lobby all day

Only thing we did not like was the scrambled eggs at breakfast

We love staying here. We book it everytime we have to go up for our ivf appointments

The property is conveniently located. For some reason, we were given a handicapped room. The room was cleaned but worn. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not receive enough towels but made due with what we were given. The breakfast was delicious and breakfast area was well stocked.

The room was clean enough. The area surrounding the hotel was a little creepy. The service desk people were nice. Breakfast was not good but edible.

Easy on and off 690 to get around town, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they came out and assisted a guest in a wheelchair during breakfast, thought that was very kind.

Clean The overall look of the property was well keep.

We like that it was not crowded and it was clean.

They closed the pool right before we got there but oddly enough different staff had different stories or reasons why. The next morning we were practically chased out of the hotel. My aunt was trying to get some rest because she was ill and housekeeping banged on the door at 9:30 am, she told them she was still resting, they came back and banged again at 10 am, then my cousin and I came back from our coffee at 10:45, 2 staff were following us to our room and made a comment that they disappointed that we were still there. When we mentioned this at the front desk we were told that staff was anxious to get rooms turned over because there were only 6 rooms occupied that night! It was so rude and frustrating! I will never stay there again. Also, the breakfast food was not edible! It was old and stale!

Overall very positive experience, spacious room, very helpful staff

The property was in a bad neighborhood, not safe to walk around and there was only a Korean place across the street. I also washed my face three times the night before and when I woke up in the morning and wiped my face, there’s so much dirt on the wipes! I stay at hotels pretty often and that’s never happened to me so I don’t think they clean their sheets as well. Skip this place if you can.

Everything was excellent and above all very clean.
