Very clean and spacious

This was supposed to be a handicap accessible room but there were no hand rails for the toilet and the toilet was incredibly low. Very dangerous to get on and off it. The shower was a standard tub, not a low step-in handicap shower. There was no hand-held sprayer. The bathroom was very small with a door that barely missed the toilet to open. Because it opened inwards, if somebody fell to the floor with the door closed, their body would block anyone from opening the door to assist them. The hinge pins are on the inside so a first responder could not even remove the door to help the person on the floor. The bed was a thick foam mattress on a very high platform so you have to climb up onto the bed instead of sitting down on the edge. The foam mattress had no edge support so a disbled person sitting on the edge to get dressed is fighting to stay up as the foam edge compresses down and trys to dump them onto the floor. The couches and desk chair by contrast are very low and nearly impossible for a disbled person to get up from. Overall I felt this room was extremely dangerous, not only for disabled people, but for anyone over 30 who is not acrobatic enough to manage the very low seats and very high collapsing edge of the bed.

Room was clean, bathroom could've been cleaner. Everything was fine! The water pressure in the shower was not strong.

But don’t understand policy of not providing water bottle to those who booked hotel using third party apps.

It was just a one night experience and it was convenient where we needed to go. Food for breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and if we ever head that way again, we would stay there.

We have stayed at this property probably six times. Every time, the staff is warm and welcoming, the common areas and rooms are very clean. Good breakfasts. Convenient to everything in Syracuse.

Surprising attractive and up to date. Very good breakfast. Helpful pleasant staff. Nice swimming pool and workout room. Had three rooms for the Syracuse football weekend, all of us were very satisfied. May not be super LUXE but is very nice and we will plan to stay there again.
