Basic clean, on the road hotel. Check I. For the night out the next morning. Parking lot full of pickups, tells the story.

TV was DirecTV. The tv itself showed streaming channels available but there was no remote to access them. So, DirecTV only. "Free" breakfast was poor, with fake scrambled eggs & limp paper-thin bacon. No butter available. 1x salt & 1x pepper shaker for the room. Hotel was sold out, so I had to park in the adjacent Taco Bell parking lot ("We have an agreement with them."). Worked out fine. Thankfully.

This is the nicest place to stay in Eastland. Facility is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is much better than their main competitor on the interstate. Staff are very helpful.

Only want your money could care less about customer service

In 100 degree weather, there is no A/C in the elevataor or bathroom and the room one barely could keep up. Huge spider in the restroom and cockroach in the room. Pillows are way thin. Shower curtain barely hanging on and needed to be rigged to keep up. Body wash was empty.

Amanda at check in was very friendly and polite. The room was clean. The beds were too hard for me, but they were clean. Not a fan of the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were over cooked, but the waffles were good.

The bathtub was dirty and we seen roaches in the restroom the morning we were checking out.

Amazing staff and property

The location was great for a midpoint stop between large cities. The staff who was on duty as we arrived after 11pm was friendly and helpful. Our room was good, and checkout was easy. Everything was fine. Honestly, we stayed just to sleep on a long distance road trip.

It was okay. Quiet. The parking lot was well lit.

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The front area had just been refreshed because it smelled of cleaning solution. Jennifer at the check in desk was super sweet and friendly. My room was great. The AC was cold and the water hot. I didn't eat the breakfast because I had someplace else to be. Overall it was very quiet, which I really liked. I will definitely stay again when I am in the area for work.
