It's not real Clean when it compares to other La Quinta's, but i have noticed over the past year that The La Quinta Motels have been going downhill as a Whole, if things don't change Quickly, we won't be staying At La Quinta's or anything by Wyndham in the future. Also, photos show a Jacuzzi, but it was empty, Breakfast was Good

It was a quick overnight stay , but the hotel was as clean and convenient as it has been in the past . Will stay again !

Room was humid and smelled like wet carpet the entire time. Hair from the previous stay left on the show wall and was removed until after the second cleaning. Rats in the parking lot near the dumpster. Smoke alarm went off at 1:30 am.

The staff were all very friendly. Because we had so many hunters there, leaving early, they started serving breakfast early. That was much appreciated! Overall, the property could use a little upkeep (e.g. wallpaper, paint). But the owner was actively making that happen so I'm sure it will be better soon.

Pool does not work & has not worked for a while. Breakfast was just plain and bland. They did not clean our room when we stayed two days. Cleaning lady was outside our room when we went out for the day. I let her know we were leaving all day, they could clean.

Being charged almost 500 for 2.nights when the bathroom. Wall had mold.om.it...the pool and hot tub were out of service and the vending machines were out of order... I could go on

My experience: I had traveled 7.5 hours , checked into my room at 8:30pm. Problem was that nothing was cleaned The room that was supposed to be ready at 3pm was not attended to even at 8:30 pm. Missed my dinner reservation to wait another 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned. Which pretty much the bed was made and fresh towels. Definitely no wipe down or vacuuming. I was just going to finish my drive to Waco. Then after dealing with Harmony the front desk clerk. She was so nice and professional I just felt like I would be taken care of from here on out. Even being tired and a lil HANGRY! I wasn't wrong , she went above and beyond to accommodate. The next morning I spoke with Michelle ( I think was her name) she also was very apologetic and very nice! I was given a discount on my room which was very much appreciated. Nothing is perfect in life and things happen. I can't stand when people make excuses. The hotel didn't try that at all. They were accountable and that I RESPECT & APPRECIATE. With that being said I'll definitely give this property and staff another chance. I would definitely like to thank Harmony again for for being a true professional.

The pool was out of service. There was an ant issue that we didn't realize until the morning we were checking out. They were all along the bathroom countertop and quite bad in the shelf where the towels are stored.

The stafff was great and helped us find some authentic food nearby. The hotel was currently being renovated, there there was some dust. Overall, it was a nice stay for one night.

When we arrived, our room as dirty with trash on the floor. We arrived late, around 1100. Our bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper.

The friendly staff member and convenient location was the only good things I have to say about this property. It was overall filthy and we even had to switch from our original room because of it. They original room given to us has sheets that were still very clearly dirty from the previous people and there was even trash left in the room. The staff member at the front desk was very apologetic and gave us a new room but he had even mentioned that their housekeeping was not the greatest at this time. But even in the new room, everything still felt and seemed fairly dirty. Just not a clean feeling at all staying here, thankfully we only had to stay for one night.
