Room aroma was not good. Carpet was not vacuumed.

Tub looked dirty

Yes, there was teenage children reported for being loud in the middle of the night running up and down our hallways shouting and yelling for over 2 hours. Another guest down our hall stated she called to report it and front staff did not take action.

At arrival at the hotel the room was not ready to move in. So we had to wait till 4:45 when the room should of been ready at 3:00. We will never will return to stay at this hotel ever.

The towels were way to rough. The breakfast was nasty ,and the same thing everyday. The kitchen lady seemed mad every time someone walked in. I only ate 1 time. The worst ever at this location. Stayed here numerous times before.

Nothing this trip! Manager was beyond rude. I have stayed plenty of times there and that will be my last. I always leave my deposit in cash and right before I leave they go up and check the room to return my cash. So I was told after I paid the room and the deposit it would be after 9 that they could give me the deposit when I had to leave by 7:30. So I had to go back out of my way and putting myself trip on hold loose time and money to wait for the cash. If I would’ve known before I paid I could’ve stayed in another hotel. The manager as I am telling her what happened she just got the money threw it at me and didn’t even apologize. Very poor manners.

The room was clean and in order. Plenty of towels, staff was very helpful.

Location was ideal. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Sink smelt horrible, needs bleach or hot water ran through. Smelt stale, i had to go and buy air freshener to able and stand being in the room. The entire room needs a major update. I have paid less for more modern rooms i.e. USB chargers, brighter lights.

Room was nice and clean. Area was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

The room at the Main Stay Hotel was not what I am used to. The bath wasn’t as clean as the sister hotel. There was mold around the tub, that seemed to me, more of a maintenance issue and not a house keeping issue. The room otherwise was clean. One thing that does need to be changed are the pillows. Very uncomfortable. I fix that by bringing my own pillow. Again!!! The staff is amazing!!!

Horrible experience. A/C of the room was not working. To top it off the receptionist said they couldnt move us to another room because they were fully booked. Yet the manager the next day says that they had availability.

Room was dirty, it smelled, and hotel manager was not helpful at all. There was gum on bed’s headboard. Sheets curtains weee ripped. Ear plug on side of bed. Too much to list. Do not stay here unless your standards are so low you’d sleep in a dumpster just the same!

A/C unit was leaking into the room, wetting the carpet.
