All good staff , breakfast and location Elevators need to be fixed not just for us as customers but for staff to have access to clean facilities.

Morning staff never opened the pool.

My wife and I thought everything was great in the room, except it might have needed an uplift on the carpet . But other than that, everything was great..

Honestly I wasn't able to stay because Management said they don't take charity cases. So management was very unprofessional and gave attitude towards me. The rest of the staff didn't get to meet. But with management like that she shouldn't be there because she needed to choose her words wisely. She doesn't know what a family's situation is and people ask questions for a reason before booking or placing a room in reserve. Management.

Habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia! es la primera vez que me quedé en estos hoteles y sin duda volveré a reservarlo. El staff fue amable en el check in que lo hice en la madrugada.

I guess the price. We paid for 4 days 3 nights, both our keys were demagnitized late the 2nd night in. We had to walk all around the building to get them magnatized again. We know about the cell phones and we did NOT have them near our phones at all. What a coincidence both weren't working. Then by the 2nd night the ac wasn't working. Ugh hot air. We let front desk know, they were supposed to get on it and by the time we got back to the room it still wasn't working. We had to change rooms which was great but when you have to repack everything, that's inconvenient. Breakfast was OK. No tortillas available after we were told they would be the following day. And we did ask.

Noisy hallway. Key did not work the first time. Had to go back to front desk.

The second room was not much better. The carpet was very dirty, and the walls and curtains had visible stains and grime. The toilet clogged twice during our stay, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide the shuttle service that was advertised, which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the property is very poorly maintained. We expected a much cleaner and better-kept hotel.

It was very confortable, the pool was in excellent conditions and the breakfast delicious!!

They replaced it. It was cold after that. The next day the floor was soaking wet, the AC was leaking. It took maintenance to come back and forth up to 6 times until they got it right. It was upsetting they couldn't give me another room. Other than that, it was good.

Service desk, Breakfast provided Always use to stay here but this time was bad. They need to renovate, the hall carpet was so old and the room was dirty (dusty, humid, dirty carpet, rr had shit and spots on wall, found a firecracker under the sink, plates in kitchen had lipstick and hair in them) I was awakened at 12am by banging on doors & loud kids yelling & couldn't go bk to sleep til 2 hrs later. I felt like I couldn't breathe or sit on anything so I had to cancel after the 1st night and had to find a diff hotel.
