Motel 6 Edinburg, TX

Have brakeless hours earlier so you won’t have Waste would be nice to get started early. Everyone has to be at work at least by 6:30 so it would be nice at five 530 so they won’t have to stop anywhere and get some breakfast before going. Just a suggestion so you won’t have to waste on food

Would love for you to have breakfast hours or coffee ready earlier Andy’s by 530 600am so we would not have to stop and get coffee you might be able to save on food waste

Always helpful clean room

Very good speciallly for the price paid.

Thats the staff was friendly and inviting. That the pool wasn't working.

My dislikes, room was not clean, bathroom floor had hairs, shower floor not easy to stand (unleveled floor), water pressure low, and shower head needed to be replaced. Towels, everyday I stayed there I had to go and get clean ones, staff didn't come to clean my room, not one day that I stayed there. Other then that, I did enjoy my stay, we was just there to sleep and leave early to get started on the day.

The floor in my room had not been swept. The toilet got stuffed up, and there was hair in the drain catcher for my guest at previous tenant. It was not the cleanest place. The refrigerator was frozen over and the TV did not turn on. It was not a very good experience.

Made a reservation at 12:30am which would be the day after . Upon showing up at that time they said I couldn’t check in due to me reserving for Saturday and not Friday and they made me get a reservation at that moment for that night they told me I couldn’t check try and get a refund or cancel my original booking and now they the hotel denied my request . Terrible

Location Room was very smelly, room needed alot of repairs, staff not helpful. Sheets smelled and old. Front door was not locking properly all the time. Front door did not sit evenly making gaps in door. Pictures on website were , nothing like actual conditions of room.

That the staff was helpful and the facility was very clean. There isn't anything that we didn't like.

no breakfast just snack bar. no coffee maker in room. first room no smoke detector nor carbon monoxide detector. wires just hanging. given another room. unaware that we had to notified staff to clean room a day before. Room was clean on the 3rd day. house keeping left only 1 towel for two people had to go and ask for more. reception staff 2 very nice to help on our needs the 3rd. (unknown name) need to be nicer to customers. in proof the above

The bed was excellent for good rest Amenities like shampoo and conditioner it's necessary.

Initially the beds were made. The bathroom had hair on the walls, floor of the shower. It was disturbing to put it mildly. The towels had stains so they were really unusable for anything but rags to catch the dripping water from the freezer door being opened the whole weekend. On the surface the office people were cordial. No one ever did room service to take the trash. Or change the towels. I did check the bedding for which they had double bed bug sheets and I saw no signs of bug. Only reason we stuck it out! On the positive side The AC worked It was mostly quiet, we were able to get sleep and everything went smooth. Would I recommend or stay there again. Nope!
