Everything was great, breakfast was amazing!

This is a motel. I am surprised Best Western still has these types. Tub/shower has a lot of damage (nicks/dings). No carpet, the tile makes it feel sterile.

That being said - the bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean, but the tile floor was dirty. The air conditioner, although set to the lowest temp of 68 - did not cool properly. Daisy at the front desk seemed as if she was having a bad day. She was efficient but not friendly at all. The lounge was comfortable and the bartender was welcoming and helpful.

The entire staff was super friendly nice helpful mirosss made the very best breakfast I've ever had in my life thank you miross you're amazing and made us feel like family definitely coming back definitely recommend

Staff was not present. Rooms were not clean. This is a motel and it shows!

Everything was good. The only thing bad was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the containers.

Was forced to book a room at hotel after our area on June 15, 2026 was hit with flooding. Thankfully the road to my home was opened after staying at hotel for about two hours. I spoke to the manager including today June 29 about a refund. I was told I have to pay for the full amount for the room even though there were extenuating circumstances. I’ll never stay here again suggest others avoid them.

room was clean and cozy! i had a great time. breakfast was served by an employee. it was a good plate. there is a bar during the afternoon where the breakfast is served. only downside is they have smart TVs but the apps don’t work, which i found annoying.

Our room had clean linens and the towels were nice. But the door to the room was warped and we felt a little unsafe because of this. There was hair on the floor throuout and an unused panty liner (no joke) was stuck to the wall above the toilet. The staff was friendly at check-in. The breakfast was odd, because you couldn't serve yourself. We will not return to this location.

What I wasn’t happy abt was the front desk worker for the evening shift. She seemed unfriendly.

The room was very clean. May have been recently updated. The pool was kept up and in good condition. The lobby was clean and welcoming. It does have laundry room. It does have a gym. Small but mighty. Staff was good. Has breakfast. The process of breakfast was different to me but it made sense also. It was 1 hot plate per person. For example, while I stayed there, scrambled eggs mixed with bacon taco. Or egg with sausage taco. You have an option to use as taco or just on a plate. I was there was a different option. Second helping is not allowed. While we were there was never more than 3 people.

Rooms were nice only problem I had was with the A/C it may be needing some Freon it would cool but felt very muggy or a cold damp feeling
