Best Western Plus Edinburg Inn & Suites

Was forced to book a room at hotel after our area on June 15, 2026 was hit with flooding. Thankfully the road to my home was opened after staying at hotel for about two hours. I spoke to the manager including today June 29 about a refund. I was told I have to pay for the full amount for the room even though there were extenuating circumstances. I’ll never stay here again suggest others avoid them.

room was clean and cozy! i had a great time. breakfast was served by an employee. it was a good plate. there is a bar during the afternoon where the breakfast is served. only downside is they have smart TVs but the apps don’t work, which i found annoying.

The room was clean and quiet and breakfast was wonderful! It was close to the university making the commute over there for events easy. Breakfast included some items that were specially prepared for us by an absolutely lovely lady doing the fixing! It took forever for the water to get warm in the bathroom and the tub was chipped and not in the best repair. I also did not like that it was an outside entry meaning we had to keep the room dark with the blind at all times to avoid people looking in as they went past.

Very clean and nice . Good location and price

Our room had clean linens and the towels were nice. But the door to the room was warped and we felt a little unsafe because of this. There was hair on the floor throuout and an unused panty liner (no joke) was stuck to the wall above the toilet. The staff was friendly at check-in. The breakfast was odd, because you couldn't serve yourself. We will not return to this location.

What I wasn’t happy abt was the front desk worker for the evening shift. She seemed unfriendly.

The room was very clean. May have been recently updated. The pool was kept up and in good condition. The lobby was clean and welcoming. It does have laundry room. It does have a gym. Small but mighty. Staff was good. Has breakfast. The process of breakfast was different to me but it made sense also. It was 1 hot plate per person. For example, while I stayed there, scrambled eggs mixed with bacon taco. Or egg with sausage taco. You have an option to use as taco or just on a plate. I was there was a different option. Second helping is not allowed. While we were there was never more than 3 people.

Rooms were nice only problem I had was with the A/C it may be needing some Freon it would cool but felt very muggy or a cold damp feeling

Second time staying here & loved everything

The beds and comforters were great! The room layout itself was great. Staff was super nice especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was super good. Pool was very clean as well. The AC leaked inside the room. I reported it to the maintenance man on my way out and he was very nice. He went into the room to fix/inspect the issue immediately. The walk in shower was a mess. Water was everywhere. But I guess it’s great for a disabled person.

Room was exactly as I expected, comfortable and clean. The area was close to restaurants, stores and especially to DHR where I had a procedure done. Breakfast was pretty good, too. Only thing that I didn't like was that room was right across mechanical rooms.

Friendly staff Property is older

The staff weren't unkind to me, but weren't willing to address the issues of my stay. The room was not properly turned over and there were many pest infestations such as roaches, flies, and rodents. The staff didn't deny the presence of these pests and denied a refund.

Location, bbq onsite, pool was good, rooms were clean, comfortable and price was reasonable. Some staff could use more customer service skills. Learn to smile and talk to their guest right. Some of the staff seemed a bit hood.
