The hotel very clean. The staff. Not to knowledgeable. Checked in thinking it was going to be easy breezy. The information and payment on file didn’t belong to me. It took her a minute to get it correct. I was charged double and still have not received my money back . There system is in Tiawan is the Amber I was given by Dee. The dinner at Christie’s was mediocre to say the least. The. Braised beef was tender but far too mush processed canned gravy with gummy pasta and undercooked broccolini. The Cesar salad could have been a hit if they gave you the dressing on the side . It was right from the bottle. Nothing is handmade anymore. The beds were comfortable. I’m very clean so my room never looks like anyone slept in them. I was told I booked through Expedia.com which come to find out it owns Hotel. Com . Tried booking a second night glad I didn’t. I would have been charged for 4 nights instead of two.

My stay was amazing. Food was good. Staff was excellent and everybody smiled I will we returned again.

Room was very nice but was surprised that there was no bottled water offered in the room, which is a minimal expectation in a room at a 4 star hotel.

The fact that in our reservation (for four people), it said that breakfast was included and it turns out that the hotel policy is that it’s included only for two people. We didn’t budget breakfast; we are a family of four so we had to take turns.

The lady at the front desk went out of her way to meet my needs. Wonderful customer service.

Overall clean but noticed some stain on shower curtain and top sheet of bed linen. The AC worked well. The room was quite spacious. The shower pressure was slightly decreased.

Disappointing stay due to poor maintenance and lack of service. The bathroom sink was constantly clogged, and the door lock didn't work. To make matters worse, my six-year-old daughter found a large screw behind the armchair, showing a clear lack of thorough cleaning. Management made no effort to fix these problems or compensate for the inconvenience.

Convenient location, quiet place. Good breakfast. Lack of hot tea and coffee in the lobby area as in Hilton chain.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Edison. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and well located, with spacious rooms and excellent, convenient parking. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hotel has very good facilities. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were always very professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it is a very nice place and we would be happy to stay here again.
