Staff are scammers. Was in the hotel about ten hours with my family. We showered, slept, and got breakfast. They charged $350 for a “deep cleaning” without any evidence. I guess towels are considered too much for them to do. We have stayed at dozens of hotels and never had this happen before. Do not recommend at all.

The check in was a little shaky in that at 1900 there was no one at the desk and it took about 10 minutes for the clerk to show up. He was in the bathroom and was by himself there. The room was a suite and was very comfortable. Breakfast is what you would expect at a corporate chain hotel, the staff kept on top of keeping the foods well stocked. Probably more than what I like to spend for an overnight stay, (not needing a suite), but it was a holiday and we wanted to compare it to Marriott.

Very well maintained, very informative and friendly staff and clean updated rooms. We had a good nights sleep on a very comfortable king bed. I would stay there again if the need arises.

The only minor downside was that our room faced Route 287, so there was noticeable traffic noise. Fortunately, we brought earplugs, which solved the problem, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, extremely clean and well maintained. Felt perfect.

Comfortable room and bed, kitchenette is functional and worked well for hearing up leftovers. Generally it was a better than average chain hotel experience, very friendly staff but below average breakfast.

Perfect stay for my baby girls 10th birthday! Her and her brother enjoyed playing in the pool and we enjoyed the spacious clean room.

The Staff was friendly and helpful I didn’t like the breakfast… The sausages are always cold and the juice selection is never good.. Where is the orange juice, Apple Juice and the water had a nasty taste

Clean room, clean spaces

We've stayed at this hotel chain before and generally had much better experiences. The rooms themselves were nice, and the pillows were particularly comfortable, which is always a plus. However, our stay was marred by a significant disappointment regarding our room reservation. We specifically booked a suite with two queen beds and a bathtub, as this was important for an older member of our party. Instead, we were given a suite with two full beds and a shower. This was truly frustrating and makes us question the purpose of reserving specific room types if they aren't going to be honored upon arrival. The breakfast was average at best, nothing particularly memorable. We also found communication challenging as many of the employees struggled with English, creating a difficult barrier when we had questions or requests. On the positive side, the hotel's location was nice and very convenient for our needs. We hope future stays will align more closely with our reservations.

Great place to stay when you travel

Literally the best hotel i have ever stayed at. Spacious, clean, comfortable. I have stayed at hotels and nothing has ever met my expectations and this hotel met them all.
