The facility was all good, definitely great, spacious, have all utensils. The staff was OK, they close the breakfast at 9am, which is too early and staff was no-way accommodating. When we checked-in it was weekend and they open till 10am, when we were checking out... it was Monday morning and the staff was not really willing to understand the concerns of customers, they started closing at 8:50am, when asked, nothing was in-stock, lights were off. If the management want to keep the reputation, better to change the timings, otherwise pay attention to needs of customers.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Good place to stay. They did forget to clean room one day. They do charge for parking. Breakfast provided mostly continental but you can make your own egg sandwich.

I didn't like the location..I didn't like the fact that it was next door to that other motel and the people outside at that motel.

Staff very helpful even housekeeping. Pretty good breakfast.

This place was pretty much brand new, cleanest hotel we have stayed in, in a long time! Checking in was great, we got in very late (2am) and the woman at the desk was very friendly and super helpful. Offered us some water and some complimentary snacks since nothing was open. The only down fall was the breakfast. We came to the lobby about 15 minutes before breakfast was ending. There wasn’t much for food left, what was left looked like it had been sitting for a while and we were told it was already over so they weren’t putting anymore food out. Very clean and neat hotel!!!

Terrible experience

Guests can appreciate the convenience of having available parking spaces, as well as a complimentary breakfast that is served over a span of three hours.

I reserved a room for one night. The room was fine. I specified pet friendly which the hotel was. BUT the cost was $75 for one pet for one night.. I could have had 6 people in the room with no upcharge. One dog $75. This hotel charges $75 for 1-4 nights. What's wrong with a per night price of $25. I will not book this hotel again, even when traveling without pet. I suggest you post the price of a pet in your app.

Cozy room!

Hedwig at the reception desk was very helpful and kind. She was able to accommodate me and my family to switch to a better and bigger room due to nuisance issue that we hear below the room we were originally in. Clean and staff are very nice and friendly! I would recommend and go back again to this hotel. Thank you!

The bed unfortunately

Everything was great Nothing but u should have an area for the smokers at least in the back like others hotel but it was worth my stay b f was great i will stay there again

Staff are scammers. Was in the hotel about ten hours with my family. We showered, slept, and got breakfast. They charged $350 for a “deep cleaning” without any evidence. I guess towels are considered too much for them to do. We have stayed at dozens of hotels and never had this happen before. Do not recommend at all.

The check in was a little shaky in that at 1900 there was no one at the desk and it took about 10 minutes for the clerk to show up. He was in the bathroom and was by himself there. The room was a suite and was very comfortable. Breakfast is what you would expect at a corporate chain hotel, the staff kept on top of keeping the foods well stocked. Probably more than what I like to spend for an overnight stay, (not needing a suite), but it was a holiday and we wanted to compare it to Marriott.

Very well maintained, very informative and friendly staff and clean updated rooms. We had a good nights sleep on a very comfortable king bed. I would stay there again if the need arises.

The only minor downside was that our room faced Route 287, so there was noticeable traffic noise. Fortunately, we brought earplugs, which solved the problem, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, extremely clean and well maintained. Felt perfect.
