My husband & stayed here on a trip from Boston to Washington DC. Great mid-way stopping point. We had to book a king deluxe/suite (with kitchen & full size fridge,) because they were booked solid. The room was VERY spacious … much more than we needed. Plenty of outlets & USB ports. Good location. You could walk to a Target & a huge shopping mall just across the road. Staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and did their best to make you feel welcomed. The included breakfast was more than adequate. The indoor pool is large & they have a basketball court! We would definitely stay here again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Homewood Suites, particularly with how Maria, the manager, handled an unfortunate situation involving my girlfriend. During our stay, my girlfriend accidentally fell and injured her knee after hitting it against a table in our room. Unfortunately, the hotel also had no running water at the time, which we were informed of by a staff member. My girlfriend went back to bed to rest, not realizing her knee was continuing to bleed, which resulted in blood getting onto the bedding. Instead of showing understanding or compassion, the hotel decided to charge us $150 plus tax for cleaning and replacing the bedding. What made this situation even more upsetting was how Maria handled it. During our conversation, she stated that someone had suggested the blood was from my girlfriend’s menstrual period rather than her injured knee. I found this assumption extremely inappropriate, embarrassing, and disrespectful toward my girlfriend. What gives hotel management the right to make assumptions about a woman’s personal bodily functions, especially when we clearly explained that she had suffered an injury? We were already inconvenienced by the hotel’s lack of running water, and instead of acknowledging that issue, management chose to impose an additional charge and make an uncomfortable situation even worse.

We had a pleasant 5 day stay at the hotel in a suite. We had requested a physically accessible room, and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience and would be happy to stay here again.

bigger rest room. Quiter surrounding. I dint try the breafast. Looked like all precook eat & serve. same yellow heat & serve eggs.Good place to stay & cook your own food.Master bed room a/c will go to hot after 70% setting .room # 310 I stayed at. 4-7 sept 2-26 . Managers pls ck.
