The staff was very kind and friendly. I used all 3 onsite locations, and the food was great. Natasha and Hemlata were particularly helpful and kind. The only issue I had was that the AC in the room did not work very well, and it was a bit warm in the room.

This was a great place to stay and an even better place based n the rate I paid to stay here. If in the area again it will be the first place I check.

It is pretty big hotel with several floors leased out to some companies or residents. The equipments are pretty good except that some punches in the bathroom wall. There is no laundry in this place and I have to drive out to get it done. But generally it has all you need and the MetroPark train station is in walking distance. Parking is spacious and convenient as well.

The beds are very comfortable. The toliet seat is hot and toasty for your buns. The coffee shop, not enough options

I enjoyed my time at the hotel. I love how it was close to the mall and other resturants. The Bartender is awesome. She was so kind and helpful with helping me navigate around. I will be back again

Good place to stay for the weekend

I booked a three night stay with this hotel, a couple of weeks ago through ecpedia. My flight from Milwaukee got cancelled and American Airlines gave me the next morning flight. I called the hotel and spoke to the desk at least three times letting them know about the delay and cancellation. They promised me that they will keep my room since it was already paid for. I was alarmed when I found out that they actually cancelled my reservation and were sold out. I had to find another hotel at the last minute. Totally inhuman behavior to their customers.

This has been my third time staying at this hotel and I had a wonderful time

I chose this property because of location, however I regretted this decision. Property was poorly maintained, filthy carpet, my tv remote was duck taped together, the water did not drain from the tub, making it difficult to shower. Housekeeping did come until early evening and then did not make up the bed. This was my First and Last time booking this property.
