There is sometimes a shuttle service between the hotel and Metropark Amtrak station. One often need not take a taxi.

A draw was missing the front part and nails were sticking out and poked my husbands hand. No free water bottles in the mini fridge. The shower had a weak stream.

Hotel needs work; room was stuffy, bathroom sprinkler had rust, elevators smelled stuffy, breakfast was very basic; wanted an early checkin had to wait for 2hrs to get it sorted out; understandable early checkin is based on availability but they could have handled it better; gym was gud, bar was ok; for the price they are charging I will rather stay somewhere else.

The staff at this hotel were quite unhelpful. They have a “not my job attitude”, and no eagerness to help guests. Also, there are no laundry facilities or service at this hotel.

Remodeling worked as the changes brought life to the hotel. From the gym, pool, and restaurants were just right. I look forward to staying there again.

Rooms are clean and service is great. A well recommended stay for those that are needing a quick getaway without too much fuss. The buisness conventions was a plus and the hotel activity was positively energetic.

Our room was spacious and clean and the king size bed comfortable. Towels were thick and plentiful and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. But for a four ⭐️ hotel it was disappointing to find cracked porcelain and tiles in the bathroom and older carpeting in the room.
