Great stay, very clean and quiet. The lights by the door entrance in the hallway were too bright and thus the room wasn’t as dark for sleeping. Other than that, great place to stay!

Should not be a 4 star hotel and should be dropped to a maximum of 3 stars. Bed sheets dirty , bathtub covered in hair , bidet toilet kept malfunctioning & wouldn’t flush or would randomly heat up to extreme temperatures. Daytime Front desk host had unecessary attitude when we simply just wanted to book an extra night. Also told us there’s no late checkout but gave late checkout to a different type of guest. Fridge door in the room was broken. Smart TV but they remote the actual live streaming options and just give you a very old cable box with a limited selection of outdated channels. Nighttime front desk hosts were very great and helpful which is ironic cause usually night time workers have attitude and not daytime workers. The bartender had a damn near empty restaurant, told us wait 10 minutes, we waited 20. She never took our order. But she instantly greeted, seated and took this group of 4 people. We left. Came back next day and she tried to apologize by giving us a free salad that was already on a happy hour menu. Manager with the man bun looked like he just woke up , very unrepresentable. It’s alot more but whatever. Ive seen worse but still for sure wont be coming back. & im not even the type to review. Also idk if this building is haunted cause at 3-5am the floor was literally rumbling lol and the ppl next door said the same thing.

The king suite should have a whirlpool tub for two - four people to get a 10 stars. Very relaxing and comfortable. I will stay again for more days.

The room was very spacious, clean, had a lovely smell and most of all.. the rug on the floor was super clean. Like whoa! I enjoyed my stay, only thing was the tv remote.. the channels were not set correctly. Lol

There were no surprises or disappointments which made for an excellent stay!! We'll stay there the next time we fly out of Newark!!

Perfect stay comfortable and clean

Anything that was asked like towels for the room was an inconvenience and the response I got was that it’s not their job and I need to come down and pick it up.. the last thing you wanna do is stay in a hotel especially a large one then mid shower realizing you need more towels than having to throw clothes on just to go downstairs to get a fresh towel and saying hello to half of the town while you’re down there….. The toilet made so much noise every time you sat down it was like a jet engine going off and then it didn’t stop for 10 minutes afterwards And the icing on the cake they had one package they sent that I put in the front desk to give to the post when they arrive and they have still not even given the package to the USPS days later…. And it’s literally just handing the package to the US Postal Service man while they drop off mail for the hotel.. it doesn’t even require extra effort…. But I guess any kind of effort would be too much for this hotel quite literally don’t expect to ask the front desk for absolutely anything.

Pool is disgusting, phone doesn’t work, staff is rude, amenities are outdated. Absolutely enjoyed the gym though.

WHAT DID I LIKE HUUUMM.....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! BEING LIED TO! THE SAFE NOT WORKING! NOT GETTING ANY COMPENSATION FOR DEALING WITH A DIRTY ROOM, THE FIRST NIGHT! Ohh, not to mention that the ice machine on the 11th floor did not work. Had to go down a flight to get ice!
