Intown Suites Extended Stay Oklahoma Ok – Edmond

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Not even kind of close. It smells so bad in the rooms, I can’t describe what the smell is but it is so bad. Way over priced for what it actually is. The ac works but won’t go below 70 it will say it’s 65 but it’s not. The cabinets are falling off the walls and the people are super inconsiderate. This place should be condemned

There was very little to no hot water

The Curtis were dirty and they didn't even have a coffee maker and I could not find an ice machine I purchased a sweet I believe and I just got a room and the chair was all ripped on the seat part. I couldn't watch TV properly there were spots within the TV blocking a clear view sort of program

Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked a wheelchair accessible room and got there to find out they didnt have it available and tried to out us on the third floor. They wanted my friend to literally crawl up stairs! Absurd!!! THEN I asked him to just cancel the reservation which he decided and charged me anyway for the room!!! Do not stay here! Rude and they discriminate against the disabled. 0 stars if I could give it.

I left 5 days early and didn’t get my refund

Nothing showed up at nine and couldn't get anyone to answer the phones to check in so u charged me for a single night Couldn't check in when I got there cause nobody was at the desk or answering the phone

Room clean and comfortable Right next to water heater and stairs.

Great location. I requested a first or second floor room and offered to pay for an upgrade if needed.I have heart and back problems. I talked to the desk, but I was placed in a 3rd floor room that had a bad matteress. Walking up and down the stairs and then to my car was tough. I'll have to do something different next time.

That was very inconvenient if all guests are not able to get there at check in time, but they still charge me even when I didn't use the room or they didn't check me in They excuse was bla bla politics of the hotel motel or whatever it's.

The look of the room exceeded my expectations. It basically looks like a studio apartment and was very comfortable being in. I didn't like that room service only comes once a week
