Booked through hotels.com app about 2 hours before arrival and hotel didn’t have my reservation. Hotel staff need confirmation number at it took approximately 45 minutes to check-in after we were able to retrieve it. Called customer service number, but to no avail, only automated AI available for help.

The rooms were clean and nice and the hotel is nice and in a great location. The room rates are good for this location as well. I have stayed here before. It took forever to check in. The girl at the front desk originally gave me the wrong room number. The shampoo was empty in the shower. When I came down the next morning to check out no one was at the front desk and I waited around forever and no one ever came up so I left my keycard on the counter and left.

It’s new, but you pay in price. I got up to the use the restroom in the night and the bathroom light would only turn on if I turned on all light in the room. Very inconvenient, if they wanted to be cheap the price should reflect. Placed my phone to charge through the night and again it would only charge if the lights were on.

The room smelt bad, not that it was unclean but in my opinion it could be from the carpet or the air/ heating unit.The shower pressure wasn’t good at all. I think a handheld shower head would help with rinsing.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. We appreciated the property being pet friendly and having a designated potty area. The location was conveniently near the highway but not loud. Breakfast also had a decent amount of variety.
