Was informed that the staff “smelled” substance coming from room. Took upon themselves to enter room when no one was in there due to smelling it. I have NEVER had an issue before when I travel and NEVER have I had housekeeping enter my room without my permission. You had no just cause to enter just because you “smelled” it. Do better. That’s all I have to say

Room was clean hallways were not that clean trashcan by the elevator looked like it had been beat up and kicked out the door breakfast was unsatisfactory for the price you pay these days for hotels. The customer is getting ripped off.

The one male front desk manager was very creepy and rude to his fellow employees. Also the indoor pool water was ice cold so we couldn't swim.

Staff was friendly The room was filthy. Ketchup on wall in bathroom. Toilet had dirt and public hair on it. Furniture was so dirty we got a sheet to cover it so we could sit on it. Floor was not vacuumed and was very dirty. We will never stay there again

It was nice and very clean, but there was no elevator to get to our room in the 3rd floor.

The duvet on the bed was a bit short. Had to keep tugging on it. Otherwise everything was great!

They would not let us check in until 3 pm even tho I was sick and my husband had driven over 12 hours to get there. I had called to speak to the manager and I dialed the wrong number but it was for another hotel and they were going to get us in a room asap before we learned it was the wrong hotel We had requested for the beds in our room to be made at 3:30. When we got back to our room for the day, the beds had not been made. The staff was great.
