The only thing I did not enjoy was the dog barking through the night. Honestly I am a lover of dogs but I draw the line when it comes to enjoying a peaceful night getaway at a luxury hotel. I didn't know it was a pet friendly hotel otherwise I probably would have booked elsewhere. So for pet owners this is the place for your next stay!..

The coffee, fruit, and ambience. Staff harassment, due to me not having my physical debit/credit card. Got reported for me staying at the hotel, for waiting to see about getting my physical card. Had no car to leave. 90 degree heat outside. And also, the room was paid for. I didn’t get to enjoy breakfast and didn’t get to check into my room, my drivers license was shown to staff without any problems and they still didn’t work with me on getting checked into the room. Didn’t offer any alternatives such as having food for the customer, because believe it or not people lose their cards or their cards get stolen. I don’t know; if you needed to be informed on this. Also, you are holding my House and Car through Federal Agents… my home address is the same as my drivers license, 9536 Garrison Way San Antonio Texas 78254. Along with my 2020 Red Toyota Highlander. It’s being withheld through your commercial/real estate holdings group. I don’t have to lie about it. Some of your staff, and colleagues are very well aware. You are also holding another work colleague of mine’s house and car as well, her name is Ruth Delawter.

This place had a great vibe. Loved the character, it felt clean, rooms were decorated nice and whatever scent they were pumping through the air was SOOO good! It all just felt new and clean. I would definitely stay again.
