Parking was plentiful, back entrance not as well lighted. Staff friendly and facilities very clean.

There was a "substance" in the middle of the comforter. There were pieces of black fuzz in the tub and dirty spots on the wall. There were a couple of stains on the chair and carpet. Other than that, the room was clean. We felt safe.

During that time, I repeatedly followed up with Expedia and was consistently told that no action could be taken until the review period had ended. I also requested to speak with a supervisor regarding my situation. Expedia’s records should reflect my previous conversations with multiple agents regarding this matter.When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk agent informed me that my reservation had been canceled. As a result, I booked and paid for another reservation through Expedia. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed two large cockroaches near the doorway before I had even settled in. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable.I asked if I could be moved to a room closer to my coworkers, but I was initially told that no such rooms were available. After reporting the roaches and leaving the room, I was then provided with a different room. The second room was much better, and the hotel staff took good care of me during the remainder of my stay by cleaning the room daily and providing fresh towels as requested.

-did NOT clean the room on that Sunday...had to put trash and towels outside of the door after inquiring about cleaning -breakfast was only continental -I'm glad that I got it for like $60 per night on Expedia -I had a non-smoking room and could smell the smoking -EXTREMELY hot in the room and affected my sinuses -on the last day as I was packing, found a red piece of garment tucked behind the nightstand which indicates the level of or the lack of cleaning

Business under renovation. Paint and construction equipment everywhere. Noisy early morning. My opinion is that this is a good place to stay otherwise but motels shouldn't be allowed to change prices when they want to, events in town etc.

The staff was great. Rooms were nice clean and the beds slept wonderfully. Nice area and a great price. U would definitely stay there again!!

The room had a mold smell. There were people hanging out in the parking lot drinking.

well the shower head was broken which forced me to wash my hair in a tub full of dirty water. then the outlet where the hair dryer is mounted didn't work . I asked for another hairdryer but not ava. the bed was comfortable and the parking lot and surrounding area looked like the fair grounds afs the outlet and pulled

It was modern, clean, comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and suggested places to go. Breakfast was only toast, cereal, and juice, but I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel in general. If definitely stay again.

Your ad failed to tell me of an extra charge for the room when I got there. A 100.00 Deposit for the room.

Bathroom and tub were old and dirty and needed cleaning. Check out was great.

One star cause you cant leave zero...Front desk staff were jusp plain unhappy people, ive been to 4 other hotels and none kept monry for incidentals. Front desk help kept telling me even though my room was paid for i still had to put a deposit down and i said for what...he said you know anytime you rent a house or apartment you have to put a deposit down in case you tear something up...if he had said for incidentals id have know what he meant. Then when i check out she gives me a reciept showing they were giving my $100 back and it would be in my acount in 5 to 7 business days. I needed that money. The bed was the hardest ive slept on in my life...could barely move the next morning, went down for breakfast and it was cold cereal or coffee...i chose coffee, the only two smikes in the entire building was the wonderful lady cleaning rooms and mine smiling back at her saying thank you...will never stay in another Super 8. Should have known what i was in for when i saw the condom vending maching in the front lobby next to check in.

The room was not clean. The bathroom floor was not mopped or cleaned. I found a broken piece of wood behind the chair and cigarette ashes on the carpet next to the chair. The microwave did not work. The night front desk person was rude and didn’t seem to care. The morning front desk clerk was extremely rude and told me to never come back. I want a refund or I’m done. Period and end of story.

Unfriendly night clerk, mold stains on bathroom wall where wet towles once hung,, lamp shades had dust all over them. Cleaning lady banged on my door 35 minutes before check out time.

Clean, quiet, and reasonable price! Night clerk very nice when I checked in!
