I went down at 8:30 am to get coffee and the two containers were empty. I went back around 10:00 am and still empty. Apparently they put out the initial pots of coffee and that was it for the day. Not typical of a Hampton. I guess the person had better things to do, talk.

I had a handicap room and the shower did not have a barrier to keep the water from running onto the bathroom floor. First world problems.

I am fairly a 5 star hotel girly, but my stay here exceeded my expectations. I was apprehensive at booking because I didn’t expect cleanliness and hospitality. But I was wrong, and truly enjoyed my stay. The front desk receptionist Raelynn was sooo nice. Thank you ! I would also like to add the entire staff at this hotel was friendly and attentive. It always smelled clean and my room was clean. I didn’t eat the breakfast or go into other areas of the hotel. But my room was cute and clean and the staff was nice. So from that, I give this hotel a 5star review!

The room and temperature in the room was good. The remote control was easy to use and understand, unlike some other hotels I've stayed in. Only 1 ice machine in the building worked - on 1st floor. I know this cannot be helped sometimes, but as I overheard another guest say, "I paid over $200 for my room, so you'd think the ice machine on my floor would work." That was a good point. The pillows are uncomfortable to me; they are either too poofy or too flat. Also, the oatmeal looked unappetizing. That's what I wanted to eat, but it looked simultaneously gloopy and chunky - gross.
