Staff was very friendly. Not much parking for truck and trailer but the staff help a lot with finding us a place to park that had many cameras. Thank you to the staff for helping.

I tried to buy water from the vending machine on the first floor. It took my $3.5 and I got no water. Luckily, there was 1 bottle in the fridge in the breakfast area, so I at least got a bottle. The breakfast was a nice spread. The biscuits were the best. I didn't care for the eggs and sausage, but they had cereal and other items that were fine. My cousin had a bagel. There were ants in the breakfast area. For some reason our room didn't get cleaned when we left for a family funeral even though our cousin's room was (we all left at the same time). They just left a bag of clean towels at the door. I thought that was weird, but no biggie, we were leaving the next day. The front desk associate was friendly and we chatted each time we came and left the hotel. She apologized for the room not being cleaned and gave us a shopping suggestion. All in all it was a good place. We're coming back at the end of the summer and we'll most likely stay here. The location is convenient to most things in the city and the highway.

Because the odor persisted and significantly affected my comfort, I had no choice but to leave the hotel and purchase Lysol and room freshener from a nearby Walmart in an attempt to make the room tolerable. Guests should never have to take such measures to address basic cleanliness concerns

The room was clean, but had an unusual smell. We brought some air freshener to try and help, but unfortunately it didn't help

We had to change rooms 4 times. The first room had wet carpet. The 2nd room had stains throughout the room. The 3rd room had a broken hair dryer. The 4th room was fine. The front desk did their best to find us an acceptable room. Will not be staying there again.

Didn't see no breakfast, the location is okay. The price for the room should have been cheaper, because the expectation of what were advertised was not accommodated.
