Ive always enjoyed this location when I visit home until this recent trip Room was disgusting from the floor to the tub and the used cleaning cloth between the sheets of a perfectly made bed. When I brought it to front counter attention he gave me a new set for both beds and told me i had to change it myself because they have no evening staff. The 2nd room the tub was not cleaned at all. The took the used towels out of both rooms and never came back to service or replace the towels

very roomy bed very comfortable plenty of floor space , quiet air conditioner seemed to not remove moisture from the room

The room was clean, staff was very friendly and professional. The pool was amazing! Saltwater pool at that! The breakfast was wonderful! 10/10 would recommend!! We will forever use Holiday Inn and Holiday in Express for all our future vacations!

The hotel is infested with roaches and bed bugs. My skin has Aalto of bites from the bedbugs. A lot of transit’s staying here.

Had an issue with the heating system in first room given. Staff was very accommodating in moving us to a new room. Entire motel was undergoing remodeling. Bathroom was still in need of repair when we checked in.

Hotel was under renovations that weren’t made known ahead of time. First day of anrriv after getting to room body wash bottle was empty. I’d they cleaned the room before our arrival how did they not make sure all amenities were properly available? Elevator kept breaking the safety inspection certificate had expired since 30 Nov 25. Breakfast th pancake machine never worked correctly staff was unsure how fix it. With an hour left for breakfast service bacon was empty staff didn’t bother refilling it. Drink machine the orange juice always tasted like water.
