Everything was nice from the quick check in. The bar Joy made us a nice drink and the pool was clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here every time I come home now.

Staff and facility was nice, good location I reserved this hotel for a weekend trip with my 4 granddaughters so they could swim and when we arrived they informed me the pool was closed, it was no where listed on the site and I could have stayed somewhere a bit cheaper with a pool had i have known, and the room was alot smaller than it appeared in the picture. I had to spend money i was not intending to spend for entertainment for the kids.

The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall and there was a red stain on the carpet close to the beds.

Had a room right next to the food prep room. It was very noisy. Also, maid service entered the room at 9:00 while we were still sleeping. Checkout is 11:00. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The pillows were not comfortable the mattress was just a little bit better. It was very noisy in the hallway and had a other guest knock on the door asking to turn down the TV and our TV was not that loud. The rooms are not very sound proof. The front off workers are nice

Very nice hotel! Everything is clean and the staff very friendly and respectful. The hotel is very close to restaurants, stores and supermarkets.

Call to make sure the pool is operating before planning your stay if that’s important to you. We wanted the pool for our 13 year old and it was closed the entire stay.

Please remember your laptop as the area where the computer is located is not enclosed for privacy purposes. There is space in front and by the pool to relax. The staff is really nice!!!

The hotel is in a great location. Near food and shopping. Entire place was spotless. Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast was nice. Only downside was the pillows compressing to nothing when you lay on them. Some people may enjoy that, but personally I like to have a little thicker pillow. Great hotel.
