The staff was very polite. The room was very clean and I appreciated the delicious breakfast as well as the service for new towels and the pool and spa was perfect.

The room had a horrible smell, there was mold in the bathroom, the AC would work and then not work, at night it was freezing! Breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast was nice. The front desk girl was rude. Will not be staying here again

Always love their breakfast. But building is so old that every step could be heard two floor up or down.

The property was ok for a one night stay. I would not recommend an extended stay. It could have been cleaner. The sink and tub drained very slow.

I recently stayed at another hotel in El Paso with a similar price point. This hotel was sooooo much nicer, very clean, and actually served breakfast! I will definitely stay here again when I need a hotel in the area.
