Selected a room with two beds. Hotel said they ran out of rooms and were only able to offer a one bedroom. And they didint want to refund or cancel my stay

A el aire acondicionado se le salía el agua hacia adentro, y también se salía el agua de la parte de atrás del baño, no tenía horno de microondas y tenía un refrigerador como de casa muy grande para la abitacion así que había reducido el espacio el baño estaba como que lo estaban pintando y los gabinetes estaban vacíos solo había agujeros en su lugar, en otras palabras la abitacion estaba en construcción no estaba terminada al entrar al hotel olía mal, la alfombra de antes de entrar a la habitación muy sucia y olía muy mal a la entrada no recogían la basura de un bote y los restos de comida de otras habitaciones se acumulaba y olía muy mal y daba mala impresión

The room was infested with roaches, they expected me to buy my own cleaning supplies and raid for the roaches. I over heard the staff say the ribs and toilets were clogged up no a\c in the rooms. We are in a dessert were the weather is horrible it’s too hot even for those guest who have dogs. False advertisement on line saying they provide breakfast and jacuzzi and hot tub. Hot tub has water from years ago always opened if child walks in they are in danger of drowning
