The maintenance man was awesome we needed help with something not related to the hotel but he helped us. He was very friendly. We really appreciated all the staff.

Dirty place ever see in my life

First.. let's talk about the hotel. I would guess it was in the middle of a remodel due to the amount of foot prints tracked into the carpet going in and out of other rooms, the paint smell was abundant and bit and pieces of caulk or paint tracked throughout the room and bathroom. Small toilet lids was laughable. There were drink and snack machines in the hallway because forget about complementary breakfast, so there's that. The lady that worked at night was nice but the young lady that worked the front counter in the morning wasn't a happy camper. My only guess she was related to the new owners because she parked her SUV at the front door which partially block customers driving in to check in. Nasty attitude. Snippy when I asked why there wasn't a complementary breakfast (as it read online when paying for our reservation). I will NEVER stay there ever again. Trash.. Two things were nice. The new bedding and the lady that worked the front counter at night. That's it... Not worth it. I should've took pictures.. I was just happy to GTFO..

Clean room and comfortable beds for a one night stay

The lady at front desk was rude to me as a had reservation and as I was trying tell her I wanted to use another credit card to pay, she dealing with her son and her boyfriend/husband which I guess, cause I truly trying to control myself during this difficult time at check in , I didn't receive a good welcome as we check in to this hotel. As i check out did notify the manager that the person who was there at the time of arrival was rude and disrespectful. She if wanted the room or not cause others willing to pay cash to stay there. I said yes indeed I do want the room . Then tossing me my room card me with no directions where the our room is at, so I had figured myself out your lay out of your hotel. Very much unappealing to my stay at this hotel.

It started complimentary breakfast n none was provided, no coffee, until we asked, there was a homeless by parking lot b n we had to park in front. Doors to enter we're not labeled n no light, very dark coming on at 9pm . A lot of people are coming in from the street to buy refreshments n chips. It felt very weird. There was hair on my bed when I had just pulled my sheets over.

I didnt like that breakfast wasnt available even though when checking in the sign showed breakfast hours.

They were rude air conditioning did not work they did not want to give me a new room that the air work. I forgot my smart watch. They did not want to answer me to get my watch I tracked my watch. And it is in hotel thief rude.

Room was dirty . Facility was just sketchy. Didn’t feel comfortable there. Ended up staying there cause I had no other option

I guess it's true you get what you paying for, but I wouldn't like to stay here again, staff was nice but I felt uncomfortable the whole time because of the roaches and the uncleanliness in certain areas

If I could give this half a star I would. Never ever in my life have I seen such a mess and a place in horrible condition
