Hilton Garden Inn El Paso / University

Comfortable lobby! Thanks for the ice water - very refreshing.

We stayed at this location for a concert, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I usually skip breakfast before checking out, but I’m so glad we didn't this time—the food was delicious and the service was wonderful!

One elevator didn’t work. The mattresses need replacement. They sink. The bathrooms have visible wear.

Staff was overall very rude wouldn’t recommend

Great location, cool neighborhood, great hotel!

I didn’t get the young ladies name who was doing check after 4pm. But she did great! She had a lobby full of people waiting on rooms and she handled it so well! She made it impossible to be upset.

Kitcken breakfast option buffet/alacarte available. Staff was friendly. Rooms need updating but spacious and clean. A roof top and or pool bar would be great for after venue event gatherings. Also close to downtown sight seeing. Public bus stop outside hotel very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel

Huge room

Clear of to venue The staff, the cleanliness was not up to par and the managers

Smell of hallway smelled like pee A/c not working right the first night, staff did fix it the next day

Wonderful staff. Very clean.

The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel lobby is very well kept and clean. Shuttle service to surrounding areas is nice. Rooms are older and outdated- our room had hair on the sink and toilet, mirror was dirty, and stains on the toilet seat when we arrived. There were orange stains on our towels. It's ok if you're needing a hotel close to the Sunbowl Stadium or Don Haskins.

I loved the quick check in and all staff was very welcoming. Very good it was close to the event we went to. KAROL G!! I do think it has to be upgraded. My rooms floor was very sticky. Had to use clorox wipes to wipe it down twice. Carpet looked a bit worn out and outdated. My tub and sink had very slow drainage .

It was close to the venue The price was not what the app said. At all. We get there and they said check in was delayed… yet they charged $50 to get in to your room early? Makes no sense. When asked how we can be compensated for the late check in due to their delay. She said I’m gonna write that down because my manager is busy.
