Rooms are nice, spacious & clean. Beds are the right firmness, not too soft. The pool needed attention but the front desk member got it taken care of quickly.

Cleanliness and friendliness

To the highest temperature. If there is no one at the front desk, you can not pay for items at the bar, you have to wait.

The hotel feels clean and welcoming once you walk into the lobby, the staff is exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed. Every single staff member is amazing. Good food. I'm definitely going to be staying here again. Thank you so much for everything.

Location They charge for parking, that should be part of the package, where do they expect you park. I’d would prefer they charge a little more for the room!!!

Daniel checked us in and welcomed us back each time we returned back to the hotel. He was very helpful in getting us rooms side by side. The location has excellent parking and is near many restaurants.
