Hilton Garden Inn El Paso / University

One of the staff members was unfriendly and she gave me a smelly room with filthy doors and the room smelled old and like cigarette smoke, it was an old dingy non renovated room. I was then offered another room that was not the best but at least it did not smell and was clean, somewhat renovated.

The comfort Coffee machine not that good, no ice on floor

I don't really eat breakfast so I just had coffee. Had the breakfast been free, I would have sampled a couple things. Even on low, the air was too loud,so I had to turn it off.

No breakfast and charged for parking. Not a fan.

Very nice stay! The room was clean and very quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, would stay here again!

Even with the road construction, we found the property easily and we liked the fact that there were plenty of handicapped parking We did a lot of fact finding on our own. It would be of great service to have an explanation of services and times in the room for your visitors

This hotel is a great location near UTEP, several hospitals, and medical facilities. There is a shuttle from the airport. There are many restaurants and fast food opportunities within walking distance. The ADA room was large and quiet. There is a good restaurant on site also. We stay here frequently.

Shuttle driver was amazing, staff was so helpful and kind.

We didn’t have breakfast there but we did appreciate the free coffee. I would return and will look for other Hilton Garden properties for future travel.

The staff is friendly, the room is had seemed outdated. It was large but had a Murphy bed with a large meeting table, which I found odd. The furniture is old and not maintained. The couch had a white stain, not inviting to sit on it. PARKING is 10 dollars a day, they nickel and dime you for anything. I have stayed there before and it was very nice. This hotel has definitely changed. I will not be a guest in the future.

If you are visiting UTEP, you cant ask for a better location. Trolleyhas a stop in front, so free, easy access to downtown. Breakfast good, competitively priced. Rioms clean, everyone of the staff friendly and ready to help. Free shuttle to airport and to other locationd near hotel.
