Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown/Convention Center

Very good

Did not eat there The ice machines were not working on our floor or the floor below. The water in bathroom was not warm on day of check in

The garage was a little snug for parking but overall nice hotel.

Lastly, I was surprised that hotel guests are required to pay for parking. I understand charging people who are only parking there for an event, but parking should be included when you are already paying to stay at the hotel. The location and view were definitely the best parts of our stay, but for the price, I expected better cleanliness, more comfortable beds, housekeeping service, safer pool maintenance, and included parking.

Ridiculous check-in process. Only one front desk attendant and it took nearly 1.5 hours to check-in. They should have planned appropriately to handle the increased number of guests due to local events.

My favorite place to say when we are in town! So clean.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and great accommodations

Tried to cancel due to medical issues and hotel manager Chris was not helpful at all. Couldn't make trip and still charged me.

Very poor

Super smelly dirty rooms. Hard to breathe because of the odor. Did sleep in the car for that reason. Nothing to like.

Very good

Great stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only small issue was that the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty, but everything else was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Exceptional

Pool was dirty

Location Pool was dirty

Exceptional

This hotel is excellent for any downtown activities, especially baseball games, the fireworks can be viewed from the hotel pool. Hotel was super clean, room was great, parking garage was fine. Food at the bistro in the lobby is not good and very expensive so plan on eating elsewhere.

No breakfast, location is good parking little light for trucks. Front office never had a luggage cart available for me to use, so I jst used office chair form room when needed.

Big clean rooms, with pretty views

Would be great if the pool had more seating area. Everything else was wonderful.
