The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park

You have to pay to park was the only downside. But other than that excellent!!!!!!

Rooms are amazing. Bar and food are great.

The shower control was quite difficult and inconsistent when it came to controlling water temperature. Like not that I’m a plumbing expert but the pressure control when turned clockwise vs counter clockwise would change the temperature when it was suppose to only affect pressure. The engineer didn’t seem to know how to fix it. Overall kind of ruined the experience for me and I didn’t feel it was worth it with sub par shower for the high price. Would not recommend to others.

Clean and great location Rooms gorgeous

I loved all the help the staff was able to provide us, i have never stayed at a hotel with valet and or having someone help me with my bags up to the room and i thought that was such a wonderful experience that it will definitely bring us coming back in the future! The location was very nice, but i seemed like it was quick busy in the area and had to find spots to turn around due to some roads being closed

The Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and the view at night was cool. The rooftop bar had excellent view of the city at night. Great restaurants near by

Beautiful place

I’ve stayed at The Plaza twice the past month for work and I’m so happy our team chose to stay here. Staff was so friendly and helpful, front desk, valet, housekeeping- everyone. My room was clean and the location had a lot of good food nearby in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location Overpriced

I loved how kind the staff were to both me and my dog during our stay! Everyone was very sweet and very accommodating there was even a bowl and dog bed waiting for us in the room when we checked in! The only thing that was kind of annoying (but is also completely out of their control so doesn't really count) was that there was construction right across from the hotel on Oregon street but they never made any noise during quiet hours so it didn't really impact my stay. But that's how wonderful the hotel is, that's the only thing I can really comment on and it's not even their fault!

Beautiful hotel in downtown El Paso. Wish they had a pool at the property.

Great service- convenient location

Beautiful hotel, very attentive staff, very nice rooms, and a great bar. Everything looks and feels brand new. Nice fitness facility and walking distance to many restaurants. Rooftop bar is amazing.

The hospitality at the hotel was first class. Everything amazing especially the parking staff I only stayed a week. I wish I could have stayed longer

My only complaint is that I reserved a king size bed and they gave me a double queen because they were fully booked. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Amazing! This place is great!

The room was very nice. They upgraded us to a suite, however it was not completely cleaned up. We were confused by the leftovers and wasn’t sure if the previous guest has checked out. We extended to stay one more night, and the front desk girl told us there were breakfast included. But when we checked out, the other girl insisted our room didn’t come with breakfasts. We ended up having very expensive meals at the downstairs restaurant.
