Very good service from valet parking area to front desk, and on to the room with our luggage! Very friendly and helpful valet. Our last morning at the beautiful pool was very disturbed by a very loud power-wash of the adjoining area to the pool that went on for about a half hour. It seems the loud sound of the pressure wash motor could be replaced, or the hour for the cleaning could be much earlier in the morning

Staff were exceptional Everything but the staff. Run down, dirty showers. Definitely needs some updating.

Nothing Falsely claiming they were upgrading us to a better room over the bar, then making us sign noise waivers. Music was blaring till 1AM, THEN STARTING AGAIN AT 7AM, because it was what the owner wanted and we were stuck because they were completely booked.

Great staff, location, room, pool and restaurant. A bit crowded & loud on weekends with exercising classes on 5th floor.

Clean & staff were friendly & efficient. I was in town for the BTS concert and everything in the hotel was BTS themed; from the decorations to welcome gift packs, and the menu & drinks. Loved it!! NA
