Trash ! They allowed trucks to park in the parking lots with trailers and took all the parking and paying customers had to go park on the road

My stay was disappointing due to several maintenance issues. The pool was out of service, and the toilet in my room did not flush properly. Although I requested a room change, the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. While staff initially offered a discount for the inconvenience, this was never applied to my final bill.

We weren't impressed with our stay. Our check in receptionist was not friendly or helpful, she seemed annoyed with us sour questions bothered her. The only staff member that was helpful was a young man with blonde hair, very friendly and gave suggestions for good and sites to see. Our room was good but the bathroom faucet was ready to come off and sink was clogged and there was a leak and black mold in the bathroom ceiling above the toilet. Pool area was dirty. Usually Our experiences have been great but unfortunately not at this location.

No ice machines . Had to go down to front desk to get ice. R bathroom door would not close all the way

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was nice. I felt she could’ve gave me a room with a view of the beautiful mountain in the back, but she gave me a room with the view of the parking lot

Everything was great, it just backs up right against the freeway so it was loud and the breakfast room is small and got crowded very quickly! However ever was very nice and everything was clean.

Great stay, the pool was not equipped with towels. breakfast was delicious!

The parking was good downtown champion was also pretty good

Great stay. There was construction on the parking lot but the staff ensured you were able to park and get around.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating, and we will definitely not be returning. From the exact minute we stepped into our room, the TV did not work, displaying a "No Signal" error message. What followed was a masterclass in terrible customer service: Ghosted by the Front Desk: We tried calling the front desk many, many times with absolutely no response. Empty Promises: We finally walked down to the lobby in person. We were told a technician would come up. He arrived, admitted he couldn't fix it, and said he would see if he could find us another TV. He never returned. More Unanswered Calls: After waiting two hours, we tried calling the front desk again. Once again, it took numerous attempts just to get someone to answer. Delayed Solutions: Eventually, someone else came up and told us the TV was broken but they could get us a replacement in the morning. Surprise, surprise—the next morning came and went with no TV, no phone call, and no updates. End of the Line: By the time we inquired about it again, we were so thoroughly frustrated that we just gave up and checked out. It is completely unacceptable to pay full price for a room with advertised amenities, only to receive a broken product and zero support. The most ironic part of this entire ordeal is that the hotel has signs posted everywhere telling guests to "call the front desk if you need anything"—yet it was entirely impossible to get ahold of anyone

Everything was great! The room was super clean, and staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

There is very little parking, ice machine does not work and shower didn't work

One night stay. Definitely will use in future. Easy access. Walkable restaurants. Clean facility and room.

On the plus side Angel at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer about a refund
