Very historic building with great staff. Rooms are rather old which are a given because of the historic building but they could use a touch up and some noise insulation.

The oldest hotel in El Paso. Beautiful, original architecture. Close to Mac's downtown. Could walk to multiple venues.

Quaint and easy to navigate. Nothing elegant but that’s now what I was expecting by any means. Lovely stay.

Don’t be stupid, stay here

The staff here is lovely. I had a ton of questions about El Paso/Juarez, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was clean and well-kept. The noise from others coming and going from their rooms/communal bathrooms was noticeable but not terrible. I heard no noise in my room from the street.

Old smell but in general was good

An excellent place. Even though I lived here in El Paso years ago and have traveled all over the United States, I never realized this place existed—it’s quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Above all, the staff is attentive and the atmosphere is cheerful; it feels like a trip back in time. I recommend it 100%.

This place is marvelous: adorable, perfectly located (streetcar xxxx), SUPER cool and helpful staff, beautifully preserved … and the free parking out front was so helpful; we left our car untouched for three days straight! Like a 15-minute max walk to endless delights including Juárez. Awesome spot.

Un vrai voyage dans le temps. Le personnel est sympathique, c’est pas cher et il est très bien situé. A peine 15 minutes à pied de la gare de train. En plus le grand écrivain Cormac McCarthy y a séjourné.
