Clean room. AC was not working we walked into the room it was 86 degrees. Staff was helpful they did come up and checked it. They were able to turn it on cool but throughout the night never seemed to cool down much.

From the moment I checked in, Mark & Isaiah were amazing. They checked in via text message often and made sure everything we need was taken care of. Everything was great! The bed was decent, but I wish it was a bit more comfortable.

There really wasn’t anything bad about our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and we were satisfied. We will stay again the next time we travel to El Paso. I can’t really say anything negative about our stay.
