Breakfast could do with more options for the room price they charge. AC can be better and less noisy. Overall, the place is very clean, safety and nice to stay for multiple days

I will definitely be staying here again, staff was really nice (every single one), very clean, good breakfast and transportation within 10-mile radius.

From the moment I checked in, Mark & Isaiah were amazing. They checked in via text message often and made sure everything we need was taken care of. Everything was great! The bed was decent, but I wish it was a bit more comfortable.

We were only here one night, but everything was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at Hampton Inn El Paso-West with great service, comfortable beds, and the thoughtful touch of fresh/baked cookies after a long day of travel, which is exactly the kind of hospitality we truly appreciate.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They’re very nice, are very good at what they do and made our stay better than most hotels we’ve stayed at.

There really wasn’t anything bad about our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and we were satisfied. We will stay again the next time we travel to El Paso. I can’t really say anything negative about our stay.

The room was clean with cleaning smelling sheets. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was good. Poor sleep due to so much construction noise and vibrations like little earthquakes. Talked to front desk but said they couldn’t give refund due to third party reservation so gave a few thousand points. I didn’t realize that, so will book directly with hotel from now on.

Cleaning was great, soundproofing was effective, staff was super friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. No openable windows and no discernable fans in the bathroom made me feel a little claustrophobic.
