Quality Inn & Suites El Paso I-10

The man that checked us in was very friendly and kind it was easy accessible The shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. There was not enough towels to soak it up. No maid service. There was a big dog a room above us, barking, nonstop, and construction going on early in the morning.

The room was clean and the bedspread and sheets smelled clean too. Looks like the hotel itself is being upgraded/remodeled so there is a strong smell of paint but other than that it is worth the price. The only other issue is the location of the entrance to the hotel. It is right after you exit the freeway so you can definitely miss it, especially at night.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings. Cleanliness was top-notch, and I truly appreciated how well the housekeeping staff maintained everything during my stay. The pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind, adding a great touch to the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. This choice is acceptable, though it might benefit from adding eggs and sausages.

The beds were really hard. Location is very loud with the traffic on I-10

Our room, 318, 100% has mold growing in it. I brought it up to the front desk clerk and he followed me upstairs to check it out. Confirm the smell, but he told me that there was no other rules available and he sprayed it down with a deodorizer. If we had not checked so late, we would have stayed elsewhere.

The pool

It was clean and had enough parking lots Breakfast could be better. Not many options

Staff was friendly. Price

Front desk night person (Armando) and morning lady don’t remember the name we’re very nice and friendly and helpful

One of the best experiences I’ve had, I had to extend my stay and it was so I easy to do

Breakfast not so good , everything else was fine

Was a nice stay - TV is outdated, but everything else was nice.

Friendly staff and good waffles :D

Good value for the money. I stopped by and viewed the rooms a month before my stay and they were fine. I'm highly sensitive to cleaning products and perfumes and wanted to be sure I wouldn't encounter those. We checked in and went to our room. Ah! No! Instant headache from the strong perfumed products. The desk clerk changed us to another room, same thing. Went a different floor where for some reason they use different products. Hurray! Much better. There were some sticky bits on the furniture but otherwise it was clean and well kept and comfortable . Will return when needed.
