Hotel was fine. Price was high for the type of property it is. Breakfast was average at best.

Clean room quite

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

My only disappointment was the condition of my room. It was a significant letdown which is what brought me to only a 3-star rating: The bathroom sink drain plug didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the toilet paper roll looked like someone had just used it and the bathtub was so slippery that I had to stand on a hand towel while showering to avoid slipping. The shower curtain looked worn, the armoire was missing a door handle, and the window blinds were uneven and allowed a significant amount of light from neighboring floodlights to shine into the room all night. Side note: the peephole in the door is somewhat sizable and had no cover for privacy and security so I stuck a damp piece of tissue in it. Sorry, Housekeeping. The room itself was reasonably clean, but it would benefit from more attention to maintenance. With a few repairs, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

The staff was very friendly. There was a couple of dirty diapers left in the room upon our arrival.

The only thing I liked about this property was that it was near businesses I needed. Although the property was near the freeway, the frontage road was directly in front of the building and the rooms had no noise blocking properties. Vehicles were constantly heard. When I travel a great distance I carry many items. When I asked about a luggage cart I was told “ it’s in use “ one cart? Really? Also the building is 3 stories high. There is only one ice maker for all three floors! It is in El Paso, heat is a problem. One ice maker is ridiculous although I could see there was a location on each floor where there used to be more machines. The restroom wasn’t clean from grime and hairs either. It appeared to be a newer building from the exterior but the walls and floors in the restroom were terribly damaged. Each time I showered the tub floor was so loud I thought I was going to fall through the floor. Seriously overpriced for the conditions. Lastly the staff was as helpful as a group of teens doing chores. The so called “breakfast” was horrid. The little available was 100% carbs. Never again will I stay here.

I like the two gentlemen that were there to assist me when I checked in. I had issues with my room and they quickly fixed the issue. My first room was not clean , the bathroom said it was sanitized and cleaned however there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and around the room as well. I was given the opportunity to choose another room which I did, and fell asleep as we were on the road for more than 12 hours. In the morning I woke and saw all the defects in the room, the water stains on the walls, the ceiling peeling off , the room wasn’t entirely cleaned as there were hand and fingerprints all over the door and fixtures.

The room was clean! The property is in a pretty new area. The breakfast was okay but think it will be better. This place is pretty good.

Front desk lady was very nice Hair dryer wouldn't work

The rooms were dirty floor was sticky, trash on the side and back of the bed, a man’s hat was left there from a previous stay. There’s no curtains on the window so the room is bright all night.

The breakfast was ok. Wish there was eggs or a meat option and the microwave didn’t warm up food.

Doors and lights did not work properly

Was nice and clean. There was nothing close to eat or do.

The location. The terrible sewer like smell.
