Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso East-Loop 375 by IHG

Good

Housekeeping changed towels but did not make bed.

Not enough info for cancellation process. Better communication...

Very poor

A deep cleaning is very necessary plus the water heater doesn’t work, it comes cold water for 30 sec and hot for 1 min

As always, the rooms were spacious and clean. Staff is always exceptionally lovely. LOVE Erika Messer!!! Great job on breakfast and wonderful conversation. Starting to get a bit run down. Shades in lobby are a bit tattered and torn. Elevator didn't work more than 75% of the time. Plumbing is getting very slow.

The staff was extremely friendly and seem to go above and beyond.

Okay. Here’s a tight version for a public review. Our stay was extremely disappointing due to a serious accessibility issue at Holiday Inn Express El Paso East. My wife and I are both disabled. And by Monday morning, both elevators were down, leaving us on the fourth floor. The front desk suggested we take the stairs, then to just stay put, and when we mentioned calling for emergency help, laughed. Thankfully, the maintenance staff was wonderful. They carried our bags and medical equipment down four flights and helped us to our car. But management failed us. This wasn’t just an elevator problem, it was a serious accessibility failure. I commend the maintenance team, but overall the experience was unacceptable.

Elevator and ice machines broken.

Overall great experience.

Great stay! Clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and it was close to a lot of restaurants

Very good

Exceptional

Buen trato, todo limpio y súper acogedor

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice clean and comfortable room to spend the night. Breakfast is alright, recommend

Everything was nice The people could keep it more quiet

El desayuno era bufet, pero fue escaso ademas me dieron una habitacion sin tina, para el precio pagado considero malos estos dos servicios.

Put in an adjoining room and could not sleep due to noise. Canceled my stay and did not stay at the hotel. Probably was there about 3 hours. Treated rudely by staff after complaining of noise. Will never stay at Holiday Inn again.
